This is just a sugesstion for anyone that is interested, for a simple easy snacks that i find keeps me full try freezing a tub of yougurt or a fruit drink, it has only like 200 calories and it keeps you eating it for a long time and its hard to eat a full one. like a tub of yogurt you can eat quickly, but if its frozen its harder to eat so you dont eat as much..

Nice!
Some low-fat yogurts tho, you cant freeze them too long
i also like frozen grapes Mmm. Too cold to scoff.
Another one I like (but the boyf thinks i'm nuts) is canned champignions (like button mushrooms, in brine/water, not butter) 100g is like 25 cal. I also like baby corn spears. :D I think its cos when i was young and mum made stir fries, I'd nick a few from the tin, when helping. heh. But you can get mini tins, and they're portable.
