ICE!! chew it, but careful.. you don't wanna break your teeth xD
My body seems to be convinced that I'm eating this way. It's really helpful. Try it. :3 Just wanted to share a tip.

thanks for sharing!
a friend became addicted to eating ice while pregnant, and she continues to love it. and i must say, she looks awesome...
I would agree w/ ya here--except that it really is pretty bad for your teeth.
This is a good trick to try, but use it sparingly...you want to keep that nice pretty smile to go w/ the body :)

okay im really curious.. just exactly HOW BAD is ice to your teeth??? O_O
Here is just one of several articles I found regarding the ill effects of chewing on ice.
My husband used to do it habitually and his teeth are chipped so badly it's incredible. And, since it's cosmetic, insurance doesn't always cover it.
I would suggest something similar however. I would suggest popsicles. You could even freeze flavored water so it's zero or low calorie and make them into popsicles, so rather than chewing or biting them, you are taking longer to enjoy them and not damaging your teeth.
Just a thought :)

i like ice. but i dont chew it, i suck on it and like let it melt (hah i need to get my mind out of the gutter right now). it still does the trick but doesn't bother my teeth. i have really sensitive teeth, too.
im studying right now to be a dental hygienist and i still chew ice lol.....i LOVE it but yes, i have chipped my teeth before, the back molars only, and yes i had to go get them fixed!!! but its still a habit i love to do and will most likely continue doing even though i know its bad ;) i'll probly be fixing my own teeth someday haha
i'm a fan of flavor ice...or gum
I like eating frozen friut, especially grapes.
oooh, frozen grapes are the best, but for me only the green ones. and if you have nothing else to do, so yummy to peel 'em when they're frozen and eat the middle with no skin. yum-my.
i also love making oj popsicles. pour oj in an ice cube tray, stick toothpicks in each one, freeze, and voila, more yumminess.

ahhh... im gna try to freeze juices =)
but... it's not true that if you freeze juice, that the number of calories will decrease right? cuz.. it's just changing the state from a liquid to solid right... (sorry for sounding a bit scientific here. & hell no i do not like science!! haha)
can't imagine it would change the calories, that would just be spooky.
FYI, if you really have a craving for ice and not just using it as a method to control your food intake, that most likely means you have an iron deficiency.
I think the only calorie altering part of freezing the juice is that when you eat it your body has to warm it, thus burning a miniscule and insignificant amount of extra calories. lol.
what about getting some ice and putting it in the blender and making a nice slushi with natural fruit juice? :D your teeth should be ok if you blend the ice small enough!
whenever i have a craving, I chew gum. Nice whitening gum, great for the teeth :)
