hey people just wondering what the community eats for Breakfast ...my personal favorite 75g quaker oats and 17g of    Met-RX powder ^^ boiled with water.

I just downed some Fiber One with Fat-Free Milk and a handful of Strawberries... Mmm Mmm good
honey bunches of oats and 3 slices of honey ham :) lol random i know...oh yeah and water!!
30 g of Golden Grahams (i  <3 it !) 125ml of Skim milk

and Low fat choc milk :D
sounds good skim-milk is allways the best as well good good ^^ waiting for a breakfast that beats mine..^^
mine is usally

2 slices of whole wheat light toast 80cal W/Strawberry Preserves 50-100 Cal

and a 100 cal Pack of Grits  Total = 280 Aprox

But This AM I had 2 slices of cinnamin Rasien Bread 200cal (its so good though) with light country crock butter & 100 cal pack grits
lol My weekend breakfast is quite amazing... Two Kashi Blueberry Waffles with my own homemade Strawberry Sugar-Free Syrup and a dollop of Promise Fat-Free Butter...
cool, i cant stand spreads eg butter marge, stay away from them i tell ya
instead of the fat free butter you should get that spray on butter  that have zero calories
i just had like the best breakfast ever.

1.5 cups of chopped apples with cinnamon and splenda + 2tbs of orange juice and 1 tbs of flaxseed cooked on high in the microwave for 4 mins.

if you want you can put some cereal on top.. may sounds weird but it tastes really good! i used fiber one.. its really good for you.

total calories in this meal is 125! + it tastes amazing.
South Beach Diet Breakfast Wraps in the Southwestern flavor.  They are 5 or 5 grams of fat, but well worth it for the amount of protein and fiber that they supply.  They are high in other nutrients as well.  If I don't eat protein at every meal I get shaky (due to having an abnormally complicated gastrointestinal system).  Plus you just microwave them for 2 minutes and eat.  No utensils required.  And did I mention that they actually taste like real food!
today i had a cranberry bran vitamuffin with raspberry jam
I eat a serving (3/4 cup) of Grape Nuts Flakes with a medium banana sliced in it and 1/2 cup skim milk.

Or I will spray a pan with the 0 cal. butter spray and measure out two servings (6 tblspns) of liquid egg whites with pepper.

Or a serving of plain oatmeal with the 0 cal. butter spray and a sprinkle of cinnamon for flavor.
Today I had McDonalds, my trusty hangover cure. I had a sausage mcmuffin with no egg, a hashbrown, and a giant water (which I now need to refill).
On most days that I eat breakfast I have a Bally's Total Fitness Chocolate protein shake with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries blended in. Chocolate and blueberries are really yummy together.
Although I try not to do mcdonalds breakfast too much, the one thing I really like is that it keeps me full for so long after because of all the fat and protein. I love mickey-d's... I could never completely quit it.
This morning, I had two Eggo Chocolate Chip Waffles, 1 cup of milk (2%) and a baby banana that was 60 grams. I don' t normally eat like this, however; I just ran out of my food and this was all my parents had.

Usually, I'd have 1 serving of Start Smart Healthy Heart Cereal (2.1 oz), 3/4 cup of Silk soymilk (Light/Plain), and that baby banana. Yum!
I have 40g of All Bran with skimmed milk - thats roughly 170 cals (bit less due to the skimmed milk)
Every morning I have 3/4 cup Smart Start Antioxidant vitamin-enhanced cereal with fresh fruit (usually banana, but sometimes blueberries or strawberries) and light soymilk.  Comes out to approx 250 calories.
Almost every morning I have a 1/4 cup of my homemade granole (about 100 calories) with a 1/4 cup of non-fat yogurt (55 calories).  Yay for fiber!

During the work week I also have a tea (5 cals) with creamer (22 cals) and sugar (90 cals).

I have 3/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean (110 cal) with skim milk (about 40 calories).  It packed with fiber and protein so it keeps me going all morning long.
I think thats important in the morning - lots of fibre.
the All Bran i have is packed with fibre. And it really is great!
Today I had pineapple and a cheese quesadilla.
