banana, rice cake, peanut butter, yogurt, apple, whole wheat toast, hummus, protein shake, cereal with low fat milk... I think that's about all I eat. (not all at once, mind you)
:)
Mostly steel cut oats with ground flax seed, blueberries and dried prunes.
Scrambled egg whites with red onion, kale and cherry tomatoes.
I'm on a healthy muffin kick lately. Most recent was sweet potato muffins and tonight was banana nut muffins. No oils or butter and very little sugar makes them low-cal and loaded with fiber since I use whole wheat flour and ground flax seed.
Museli occasionally with unsweetened soy milk or almond milk.
Sometimes just a piece of whole wheat toast with my coffee.
Bran flakes with skim milk (high fiber and low calorie, makes me happy)
grilled PB2 and banana sandwich (heaven)
fried egg on a whole wheat English muffin
Honey nut Cheerios
Cinnamon Life cereal
Oatmeal with various combinations of toppings (SF maple syrup, walnuts, Splenda, cinnamon, apples, bananas, blueberries, chocolate syrup, PB2, oh the combinations are endless)
Cream of wheat with bananas
Whole wheat pita bread with PB2, jelly, and banana slices inside, warmed up in the microwave (OMG, this is so good.)
Homemade pancakes with SF maple syrup
Small corn tortilla with 1/2 slice of cheese inside, grilled in cooking spray and sprinkled with Splenda and cinnamon (I call it a breakfast quesadilla)
Egg, tomato, and a little cheese in pita bread or a wrap
Low-cal homemade french toast, made with egg whites and wheat bread, topped with sf maple syrup
These are just some of my various beloved breakfast favorites!
-a boiled egg or two, crumpet or toast, fruit, and tea
-scrambled eggs with cream cheese, toast, yogourt
-cereal and milk with banana (rarely)
I love eating breakfast. It's a new habit for me, and I think it'll stick. I always make sure to have protein in it, because it helps keep me full till lunch. I guess milk would be OK for that, though personally I need peanut butter or eggs to feel really full.
I like Thomas Whole Grain Honey English Muffins toasted with apple butter, topped with an egg scrambled with scallions, salt, pepper
I RARELY EEEVEER eat cereal---but if I would--it would be cheerios with soy milk and half a banana, or maybe Kashi Go Lean or something---
usually an apple
sometimes honey nut cheerios or oatmeal
Haha...you guys actually have time to make stuff for breakfast. I grab a pack of the Nature Valley crunchy granola bars and make a beeline for my car. I used to pack a little bit of cereal to munch on, but granola bars are easier to eat on the go.
The NV crunchy granola bars taste awesome.
here are some things i may have:
cooked oats w/raisins
yoghurt (im lactose intolerant but yoghurt is supposivley good for me, and so far i havent had any bad reactions), either plain, with cereal, or cut up fruit
granola or cereal with almond milk
home made waffles (pumpkin waffles, almond waffles, walnut waffles, there are so many kinds to make!)
grapefruit
toast, of course!
I so love breakfast now...I look forward to it...
2 Packets of oatmeal, toast w/ jam, yogurt. Pretty much every morning, sometimes Ill do oatmeal and some veggie bites from morning star, its pretty much a cheesy hashbrown with peppers and veggies. Good stuff.
I always eat a ton for breakfast, it wakes me up and gets my metabolism going!
Breakfast rules!
i love cheerios w/milk, and most the kashi cereals. sometimes i also have whole wheat bread with pb. most the time it's cereal, i look forward to it every morning.
My favorite quick breakfast is a Thomas's Whole Grain English Muffin with a fried egg and some dijon mustard and a cup of veggie juice. I can make it all in 5 or 6 minutes and it is very filling and long lasting in my belly. That said, I do up it to 2 eggs during my time of the month when i am super hungry all the time and that helps.
