I had

 1 pack of Ritz Handi Snacks, you know the little packet with the 4 crackers, and the little cheese.


1 Yoplait Light Yogurt (Fat Free)

and

2 Chocolate Wafers

 

That equals = 350 calories for breakfeast

 

Is that good? What did you have?

Crazyboi -- not sure that's the healthiest breakfast, but it's a decent number of calories and should carry you through to a snack.  You might be a little more satisfied with some more protein and less sugar -- but the yogurt was good

I had: 52g Kashi Golean, 120g skim milk, 105g raspberries, coffee and 62g Almond Breeze -- 257 calories, 17g fiber

I usually have a bowl of oatmeal with bananas or apples.  I cook the bananas (or apples) with the oatmeal (in the microwave) and love it.  Sometimes I add chopped walnuts and/or cinnamon to it.  I always add splenda.  I like my oatmeal thick so I have a glass of 2% milk "on the side" midday.

No its not fattening.  1/2 cup of dry has 150 calories (25 from fat??)and when you add the water to cook it it ends up to be a nice sized filling bowl of something warm and healthy to eat.  It's high in carbs and has some protein in it.  Check out the stats on it in the food log.

I eat it because it has no sodium and no cholesterol.
I had oatmeal this morning with 1/2 a cup of pumpkin, then spices and stuff and a little drop of fat free whipped cream.  Just like pumpkin pie =D

Just like every morning.   

I had two toasts (110 cals) of this brown wheat bread no sugar-no fat added, and one tbs of peanut butter (can't get enough of this peanut butter ^^).  I used to skip breakfast before...peanut butter (which I love) now makes me wish breakfast could come faster :)

During school days I eat an extra yogourt, or a fruit on the way to college.  Makes a 210 to 300 cals breakfast. Innocent

I had 1/2 cup egg beaters 60 cals, 2 slices center cut bacon 50 cals, 1 crescent roll 100 cals, For a total of 210 cals

I made some cottage cheese pancakes with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cp wheat flour and 1 egg.  They didn't turn out so well, I'll have to try a different recipe next time.  1/4 cup milk in my tea made for a total of 300 calories. 
 I had 1 cup puffed millet cereal with 1/2 cup zensoy plain soy milk (normally I do this, though sometimes I opt for instant oatmeal (I've no time on weekdays) for 120 Calories).

Then I had another 1/2 cup soy milk.

= 150 Calorie breakfast

I had oatmeal w/ 1 T. peanut butter and 1/2 a banana, sliced and a little Splenda. My new favorite breakfast! I have a thing for peanut butter, too.

280 calories and filling!

I had:

1/2 cup oatbran, made with:

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • Splenda
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Nutmeg
  • Ginger
  • Chai Masala
That's 375 calories. I like big breakfasts.

That's also great if you throw in a raw egg and stir it until it's all cooked through- it's like a lovely, creamy custard- for breakfast! Mmm....

Yeah, there's pretty much nothing I won't put in porridge.

2 eggs, a small sausage patti, 2 slices lite whole wheat toast (Koplinger's) and about a pat of butter. 

About 400 calories, give or take.  I round to the nearest 100 and that works for me. 
Today I had 1 cup of Total Raisin Bran with cinnamon sprinkled on top and 1.5 cups of skim milk.  yum :)
Protein Pancakes - blend 0.25 cup cottage cheese, 0.25 cup oatmeal, 0.25 cup egg whites, half a banana and some vanilla and cinnamon, cook like pancakes.  I spread a little peanut butter and honey on them and roll them up.  280 calories.
I like this post, fun to see everyones start.  I like 1 serving of egg whites I chop up 3 cloves of garlic about 4 mushrooms, and 4 olives cook em up in a pan with olive oil, some pepper tabasco or chile if I have one.   A cup of coffee with none fat milke.
Not real sure but I think about 250 cals. 
I just had a big bowl of honeydew melon while I wait for my oats to cook (stupid-slow-delicious steel-cut oats) Not sure yet what I'll do with them, maybe some hazelnuts and soy milk and pumpkin? Yes, it's late for breakfast, I just woke up (I was tired!)
I enjoyed my oatmeal with banana and 2 prunes.  I cook the oatmeal in skim milk+water and also have cafe au lait with half coffee and half steam skim milk.  Yum..

When this box of oatmeal runs out I'm planning on trying the steel-cut oats.  I can hardly wait!

I usually eat an egg beaters omlet with 1 slice of kraft 2% cheese= 80 calories

I also have a yogurt and Kaishi mixture. Yoplait light yogurt(110) and 1/2 cup of Kaishi go lean crunch(95 calories).

Yummy! 285 calories all together
