As we all know chocolate is high in fat, but if eatten in moderation which is 33 grams a serving late in the afternoon it will actually help boost your caloric burn for the day.  So what exactly is 33 grams?  Well, if a chocolate bar is approximately 100 grams, then your serving size is about a 1/3 of the bar.

However nothing in life is free.  So you will need to exercise to burn off the extra calories you took in.  But it is so worth it if you eat the right kind of chocolate.  In other words, chocolate with no fillers.  Just cocoa liquer, cocoa butter, cane sugar or a natural sugar substitute and vanilla.  Your chocolate cravings are then satisfied and you end up eatting less.
