can I eat complex carbs in the evening?

I'm wanting to eat pasta and another sandwich to up my calories today. (I need to increase caloric intake to maintain). Is it ok to eat the WHOLE WHEAT pasta and sandwich this evening? It's past 5 and I'm wondering if it's ok to eat these carbs this late. I've been eating carbs all throughout the day. Does the time of day really matter?

btw, all my carbs are complex carbs from grains. Is yogurt a cc?

cals for today/1500 225g of carbs (including these foods). I'm trying to get to 1800-2000. My macronutrients are in balance. carbs at like 54%

the total carbs I want for dinner is around 62g
