What did you eat for dinner last night?
I had a 800 calories left to eat so I had:
2 Boca burgers on a wheat bun w/cheese and roasted veggies (red onion, garlic, summer squash and red bell pepper). All for just 600 calories!
What did you eat?
I had a salmon pinwheel with crab meat. YUM! And it was only 300 calories so that was good. I made an honest effort to eat some butternut squash but I just wasn't feeling it for the night.
I had a big salad (romaine lettuce) tossed with a bit of olive oil and white wine vinegar dressing. Topped with tomatoes, a little bit of avocado, green onions and some shrimp.
It was delish! ![]()
I had Sausages and Mash.
Tonight I will be having a chicken risotto.
Chicken balls, rice, a large serving of mixed veggies, and tai peanut sauce.
Grilled chicken with garlic asparagus and brown rice. Also a salad. mmm deliciousness. Tonight it's spaghetti with meat sauce and TONS of fresh green beans. Looking forward to it and it's only 10am!

mmm, those look good! Actually, I didn't even think of it until I wrote out chicken balls! haha
I threw some cocktail shrimp in the oven with garlic and made brown rice. I put some melted butter on my boyfriends. It was basically shrimp scampi.
Tonight, I'm making chicken kebabs on the grill with red/green peppers and mushrooms. I also went to the bakery and got some cake samples that we can taste test for our wedding. Yay! A treat and a task all at once.
I had 2 big chocolate-chip pancakes (had about 700-800 cals to down by that point) and those took me halfway through. Dang, you woulda thought those'd be more than 400 calories! It was yummy though.

Well last night I was camping lol.... So I cooked dinner on an open fire... I was really proud I even made the fire too!! woohoo Ok so dinner was chicken breats w/ some shrimp cooked with garlic... then roasted potatos in garlic and salt and pepper, and a salad..... I was happy.... but sneaked in a couple roasted marshmellows too!! hehe
I had ramen noodles with cut up chicken, carrots, mushrooms, onions and spinach. I poured about 1/4 of the seanoning packet into a cup of water in the bowl and then went to TOWN!!
Eggs and pancakes.
i had salmon, with greens on the side with some lemon and salad seasoning on top.
