How much should I eat?
I never thought I would actually one day be trying to gain weight but here I am.
Alright, I am 100 pounds, 5'4.75" and I am wondering how many calories I should be eating to gain if i am also working out 3-4 days a week (some cardio but mostly strength stuff) for an hour and a half but otherwise I am pretty sedentary.
I want to get my bmi to about 18.
how much were you eating before?scince your doing some excercise you need to eat back those calories when you trying to gain?are you recovering from disirdered eating?how are you eating currently and have you restricted?
all these questions come into play when finding out ones needs to gain

as of right now i have been eating 1200-1700 calories plus working out every other day. every now and then i'll eat 900-1100 calories. i used to eat 300-900 calories when i was at my low weight plus exercise.
