OK, so I am trying to eat at a 1200 calorie limit- today I have eaten

 

Egg, Whole - Cooked, Omelet B- 91 143 Light Swiss Original A- 21 35 Peppers, Sweet, Green - Raw A 9 2 Onions - Raw A 10 4   Dinner Eggplant - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, With Salt A 50 17 Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, With Salt A 90 14 Organic Cremini Mushrooms Packaged - Baby Bella A- 80 20 Shrimp, Mixed Species - Cooked, Moist Heat A- 44 44 Kale - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, With Salt A 65 18 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15 120   Snacks Fiber One Chewy Bars Oats & Chocolate B 40 140 Cherry Mixed Fruit in Plastic Cups B 113 70 Ice Creams, French Vanilla, Soft-serve D+ 172 382 Total Calories Consumed 1,008

I am STILL hungry?!?  I don't know what I should eat though...kinda want something salty, yet healthy.  Suggestions??

Oh well too late to wait to eat, I think I will have grapes, and a cheese stick?!?

What are your stats?  Height, weight, activity level, you're 22 and female so 1200 might be perfect, but you might have a couple hundred more that you can eat and still lose.

A quick omlette with a bunch of veggies should fill you up and give you just enough for your goal.

im on the same diet and your age.  i always eat cup a soup or soup tomotae when im hungry

186 lbs.  5' 6'' 22 stats...  I ended up eating 13 wheat thin fiber selects 130 cal and 2 laughing cow light swiss 70 cal,  precicley 200 more cal.  And was very very satisfying.!!!   I usually eat a raw tomato too but I ran out yesterday.  I eat my grandmas home grown and they are delish!!  SMWHIPPLE  I had eaten an omlette for breakfast full of veggies!!! I opted for crackers and cheese for my late night snack!

I kind of like omlettes, they're quick, easy and if you use different herbs taste different.  I'm one of those who will happily eat pretty much the same thing all the time.

I LOVE Omletts as well, I am just trying to keep my eggs, I usually eat them up so fast.  Every night at one point in my life, I would come home scramble two eggs with cheese toast two peices of bread, and put a ton of mustard on and eat my egg cheese mustard samich!!! It was sooooooo good.   But my appetite was a bit enhanced at that time too. ;P
