how many calories should i eat to maintain my weight? i'm 115 pounds and 5'1. i'll be doing aerobics 2 times a week (50 minutes) and most saturdays 1-1 1/2 hour mountain bike ride.

How old are you? Age is a critical factor in determining how much you burn.

you need 1920 for days under 1 hour of activity and 2220 for days with 1 hour of activity. saturdays you need more like 2420. So the 2 days a week of aerobics shoot for 2220, saturdays 2420, and the rest 1920. This comes from bcm.edu You should be using children's calculators still. however, being 17 your recommendations are pretty much the same at phord.com/cc for a moderately active female. hope this helps :)
