Now; one
last dumb question for a while LOL. I have planned my intake til 4pm this
afternoon and am only upto 660. Now I have no more fruit or anything that I can
eat or anything like that, but there is a take away shop who sell donuts.
Should I get one to up my intake a bit? Or not? I assume its close to 200cals?
But can?t be sure, a Dunkin Donuts donut is 210. So I?ll say 210. So should I
get it or not? Feel free to throw pitch forks at me *blushes*

If you really want it, and it keeps you under your set intake, then go for it.
I would have passed on the doughnut. At least for me if i'm making a concious decision i usually do the right thing, its the impulse eat that gets me. But if you don't have a problem with impulse then you can probably go for it.
Um,
If you mean "should I go eat donuts or should I only eat 660 calories for the day", then yes, go eat donuts. But I think there MUST be something else to eat, no? Like DINNER.

if you eat a donut... take a bite for me!!!! i want one!!!! lol i am at work... but go for it. you sound like you have carfully planned a diet for the day. just dont do it very often!
Does it fit into your calories for the day? If yes, eat it.
How about a few donut holes and a glass of milk? Or a ham & cheese croissant?
god! why! why ruin a healthy day like that with a doughnut of all things!?! perhaps ONE doughnut hole or an individual square of chocolate, but really, why? why not green tea or another treat? this is why at the end of the month pounds are not dropping because the defecit is filled up each day with junkfood.
an ounce of mixed nuts would do just fine and give you way better fats and nutrients if you have to top up your calories for whatever reason.
my vote is for leave well enough alone.

I vote in favor of the doughnut.. At least for me, If i deprive myself completely of something I really want.. I'm headed for a fall. I take it because you went through the process of asking all of us.. that you really want it. Go for it today, not again for a while. But treat yourself, you deserve it!
Dunkin Doughnuts has a website with nutritional information posted.
For instance, a Double Chocolate Cake Doughnut has 310 calores, 150 of which are from fat. And 18 grams of sugar. And if I ate one I'd crave stuff like that for the next few days.

TO me a donut has No nutrional value.... IF your looking for high calorie foods, try almonds.... They have tons of nutritional value.
I think I need to clarify. The reason I got the donut coz there really was nothing else to get at the takeaway shop. Everything else was like hot chips and things like that, I know that donuts arent that good, but it was all I could think of to up my intake a fair bit.
