What do I eat now?
I've reached my goal weight, so I need to start maintaining. I'm mostly sedendary but I do job 3 times a week burning 200 calories a day. I'm a 15 year old girl, 5'3, and 113 pounds. How much do I need to maintain on?

i am also 15 but 5'2 and 117 pounds with a goal weight of 113:P
how did you do it
to maintain you should eat around 1600 or more depending on hwo active you are. thats what my stepdad who is a dieitition told me

Yes, I'm still healthy thankfully. Um, I just basically did what the people on here told me to do. Eat 1200 calories or more a day and exercise. It took about a month and a half to lose about 8 pounds. I added you as a friend. Thanks, I figured I needed 1500-1600 calories. Good Luck with you weight loss!
Well, I'm more active than you, but I'm guessing around... 1,675. My guess is so odd only because I'm 13 y/o, 110 lbs., and 5'3", but I play soccer, volleyball, and I just finished softball. Not to mention I need to consume 1,976 calories TO MAINTAIN.
Well, anyway, good luck on the whole eating thing.
