If your not hungry and you know your still way below your calories for the day,. ... do you make yourself eat so u meet your quota for the day?
I still have about 600 more to go.... but I worked late tonight and just can't get myself there. How does the starvation mode thing work?

Sometimes I eat just because I "should"
But if you're ridiculously full beyond belief, then obviously don't force yourself! Just listen to your body and do what is comfortable.
600 more to reach your target or the 1200 for women and 1500 for men calorie minimum? If it's to reach the minimum I would suggest you try very hard to eat up. Grab a handful of peanuts or better yet almonds, eat a PB&J sandwich, have a nice tall glass of ice cold milk or soymilk. Enjoy a special treat.
You could also drink some of those calories, if you don't feel hungry. Have a glass of OJ or other 100% juice.. or some V8 if you haven't had your veggies for the day..
