I am 30 years old recently gave birth to a baby girl she is 2 months old. i breastfeed her and currently i am 77kg. can anyone tell me what exactly should i eat so that i could be able to lose my weight.I have gone through this article Natural Weight Loss Solutions its very helpful but still i want some one's personal experience on weight loss after pregnancy.
- CUT the carbs alittle
- Cut the oil
-Cut any unhealthy snaks(chocaltes,icecream..ect)
Move alot , and drink plently of water and geen tea..if you have abit extra free time (which i doubt with the baby) , do some abs work at home. or attend the gym 2-3 time a week for 45 min session .
dont worry just eat healthy..eat alot of veggie and lean meat..then you will see the different.

thanks you guys who replied, but here again another issue. I am pregnant again and this time obviously it was not planned it just came as a surprize. now please tell me how to maintain your weight and also keep your self active. I mean if i try to eat less i just have headaches and nausea and weakness.....please yoyr help will be deeply appreciated.thanks again
There's no rule saying you can't exercise while you're pregnant. Most doctors would encourage you to do so.
