The "eat less meat" challange!
Who's in?
Some people will never be able to commit to being full vegetarians. But I think that's it would be a good decision for our bodies as well as the world to try and incorperate some more plant based protein into our diets, and cut down on the meat!
Maybe some chickpeas instead of that peice of chicken.
Some yogurt with breakfast instead of the steak.
Your turkey sandwich? Try hummus and veggies!
As for me, I probably eat meat twice a week at MOST, and I've never felt better. So who's with me?
For your body, for the environment, for the cost, and more.

next time you eat a cheeseburger, wake yourself up at 2 am that night and consistently punch yourself in the side for the next five hours, until you vomit.
i have gallstones. it makes the choice of not eating any kind of cow or piggy meat a hell of a lot easier. lols. chicken on the otherhand, in small amounts, is delicious and doesn't affect me that much. i could never give up chickens.
Well.. It's not by choice. (Red meat messes with my brain chemicals, and I cannot break it down in my digestive system.) My body is sensitive to certain chemicals and proteins; which are life threatening for me. and overtime, I have found a disorder in my body has become more sensitive to farm raised animals.
Like Pork (pig), Beef (cow), Turkey and now chicken.. (When I was a child, this was not a problem.) I could eat whatever I wanted to.. But overtime as I was growing up, my body chemicals to how I ingest foods in my liver, stomach, to intestines where reacting to meat products poorly.. So I find proteins in other forms of food. (Like yogurt, nuts, to etc-etc.) The list goes on. :)

I.E. Like people are allergic to shellfish. They could suffer from their throat closing in, swelling, to even death. (One of my dear friends, used to love eating shrimp.) She would eat it quite often. Then one day, after consuming so much or from a health problem overtime; she now reacts to shellfish with severe life threatening results.
Everyone is different; just like our fingertips. (Some people are privileged to be born without any allergens to foods and etc) they can eat whatever they want, and not have to worry about having to read the back of the box.. and others must in order to remain safe from certain chemicals to etc..
I cannot even eat anything which contains 'high flutose corn syrup" or man made sugar, gluten to a few other man made products / preservatives.. (This is why I eat fruit, which is natural sugar.) .. So yeah, it's a pain in the *ss at times..
