Long story short

On February 2008 I started working out a lot (20 mins elliptical, 40 minutes toning. EVERYDAY), and eat too little (1000-1400 per day?).

Then something happened and I got sick (some serious infection) and was in hospital for 2 months (march-juni). No, me being sick was nothing to do with my diet, just saying I got sick and I lost 10 lbs+ (was 125lbs in hospital) and lost alot muscle.

After I got out hospital I started working out more

Day1: 40 min elliptical, 40 mins toning buns/legs/abs

Day2: 20 min elliptical, 1 hour lifting weight (dumbells 20lbs each hand)

And so on ..1,2,1,2,1 u know..

I probably burnt 400-500 calories on the day1's, and 200-300 on day 2's. And my calorie intake was average 1300, and that was from July till NOW. I eat around 1500 now and burn like 400, thats 1100 everyday. And I workout like 2-3 hours a day and my weight never move, other people that eat 2000+ calories a day never goes up either. So it means I can eat 2000+ and still be the same, if I never started with eating so little right, I messed up my metabolism.

What should I do?

Im 5'3, I weight around 130-136 depends whenever I eat

Start increasing your calories.

There is no such thing as toning. It doesn't exist. You either do lifting/circuit or cardio. Speaking of which, that much cardio isn't necessary at all.

I guess its strength training
