Eat A lot and Lose Weight
I am working on my life right now and part of that is my health. I have a thyroid disease, Gull stones, Ovarian Cysts, and serious physical and mental issues... ALL associated with that number on the scale and my life style as a whole.
I am 21 years old and I am raising a little guy. So by looking at his nutrition, I started to look at mine. Why is it so easy for me to feed him a well balanced diet but eat a whole pizza when he goes to bed?
Simple. As we get older and busier, I think we start to look for what is easy and FAST. I know this is where I have been for awhile.
A recent study was done on "Eating Raw", and I do not mean meat! I am talking about bring our busy lives back to nature. Every nutrient we need is in nature, and why look any further.
So I discovered a FAST, EASY way to eat healthy, lose weight, and feel better. Buy some storage wear, buy your fruits and veggies, and cut anything that won't parish into ready to eat sizes. Store it in your fridge, so when you go to look for something to eat and run, you will see your produce.
75% of my food intake has been RAW for one week, and I have lost 6.5 lbs. Now let's get real that isn't fat I lost at first, it is all the left over mess of my previous life! Produce is NON-FAT, LOW CALORIE, and HIGH NUTRITION. All the three things you want to look for in your food. and you can eat more... (add your favorite low fat/non fat dressing.)
Take this example...
Today for lunch I ate a big bowl of food, I'm full, but it was under 200 calories.
1/2 Green Pepper, 10 baby carrots (or so), 1/2 cucumber, and Non-Fat Ranch =167 Calories
vs.
A ham and cheese sandwich = 352 Calories (139 from fat!) and your still hungry!
Women are too smart, we know what we need to do, but we also know all the reason why we aren't going to! ha
