I am 5'5 and I weigh 228 lbs. I have been a member since Feb.18th but I have only lost like 2 lbs. What am I doing wrong? I stay right around where my eat meter says to stay. Should I maybe reduce my calorie intake to around 1500 calories. Please help. I need to see results.

It looks like you're doing good to me! You've lost 2 lbs in just over a week. Don't eat too little. Use the tools on this site to find out what you burn daily, and subtract that by about 500 if you want to have a deficit of 500 per day. When you figure what you burn each day, don't forget to include any exercise you do! Good luck, you are doing great. If you can stick to 2150 per day and you're losing, that's fantastic!

Thank You, I guess maybe I am just trying to be just a little too anxious. I really want to lose weight and I like having fast results. I am a fan of the biggest loser and maybe I should just cut back some on my calories. 2150 calories seemed to me to be like quite a bit, but since that it what the eat meter says, that it what I have been doing. I really do know that it would probably be a whole lot better if I could eat even less. I would like to cut my calorie intake down some but I am scared that I will get too hungry and binge. Do you think that maybe I should cut it down a little more to get faster results?
