Eat meter vs burn meter help
Can someone explain. I think the eat meter is how many calories I've taken in so far in the day. What does the burn metre mean in relation?
I'm new. Sorry if the question is stupid! Juliet

The burn meter takes your total estimated energy needs for the day (based on the information you provided when setting up your account) and divides it by the number of hours you're normally awake. So if you were to log on first thing in the morning the number is lower than if you look later on in the evening. It's not very scientific....
