eat meter vs. burn meter question

ok so i'm a little confused with this and working out. say today my burn meter says ill burn 2800 (already worked out) and my eat meter is topped at 1700. Do I add back in my calories from working out? I haven't been because I didn't think that's what I was suppose to do...I just make sure there's 1000 cal dif between my burn (with exercise included) and my eat meter right? please help! thanks!

oh i'm going for a doable 2 lb loss a week. (i work out ALOT) therefore it's very doable for me.

I would not go over a 500-800 calorie deficit. When I first started CC, I would have a huge 1000 calorie deficit but then my body would go into stravation mode and I would eat and eat until I defeted my loss. So I learned to only have a deficit of 500 - 800 calories, about 2-3 days a week definitely not on the weekend as I exercised more. If you stick to your eat meter and exercise reasonably you will continue to loose weight. For me the exercise and eating right made all the difference. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so  I can hit the pavement. I don't like the gym atmosphere it is too crowded for me. Good luck I am sure you will be successful with your weight loss, and if you blow it, just drink lots of water, and continue to eat healthy.  

okay im confused about it too because i eat 1400- 1500 calories a day (i'm 5'5 & 129 lbs) and my burn meter is 1920 per day before exercise. so it seems whenever i exercise my deficit becomes almost 1000 calories but am i really suppose to eat another 500 calories to make up for that? that would put me at almost 2000 calories a day which i know is way too much for my body's needs. help!
