Do You Eat More or Less When it's TTOM?
So yeahh...simple question.(:
It's almost my time and I know I'll be craving lots and lots of peanut butter or Jell-O. Not at the same time though... That'd be just plain weird...

>.>;
i think i eat less b/c my stomach hurts so bad :p
yea i eat less too.
I eat more the week before. Then probably about the same during
I will eat a ton the day before, and less during my period (problably due to the bloating...)
I usually eat more before I get my period then less during it, but sometimes I'll eat normally before, less during, and then more after. It probably all balances out though.
No weird cravings? Huh.. LoL. I guess I eat about normally then... I dunno. xD
I just got mine today. Before i do crave chocolate and salty food at the same time. LOL like chocolate chip cookies and salt and vinager chips at the same time. During I eat average I guess maybe a little more. I've been told that your body burns a few hundred calories more the week of your monthly visitor. I have not researched it though.
The huge levels of progesterone in your body the week before speeds up your metabolism and makes you feel hungrier, aparently. Personaly tho, i less quantity-wise but more calories...i hurt to much to bother cooking so just eat biscuits, chocolate and microwave meals
Sometimes my b/f is kind enougth to cook for me though :)
That's interesting, that you burn more calories. Mine is coming in a few days, so I guess going in the gym a little longer won't be too bad. I'd like to look that up! x]
Less. It makes me feel gross when I'm on it, so I just get un-hungry.
I tend to eat more lol...just a little though!! On the first couple of days...works out fine for me I think haha
I always eat more before that time, and I crave so many different things, it's so hard to remind myself that I'm trying to lose weight. I always end up scarfing like, a nutella and banana sandwich during snacktime. Haha.
Where can I see 1/8th or 1/6th of a pie or angel food cake?
This is the best way to picture a portion of pie or cake: Draw a circle to represent the circumference of the cake or pie (9" pie? 10" cake?... Read more
