When do you eat most of your food?
I'm curious to see whether people are mostly morning eaters, night eaters etc....I know on days I'm at home studying etc I tend to eat a lot of food in the morning/early afternoon and have a small dinner....but if I've been rushing around all day usually I don't eat much throughout and end up having a bigger dinner!
How about everyone else?
i tend to spread out my calories across my "meals" but they tend to get closer and closer together at night...like i'll go 2 hours between my morning snack and lunch but only 1.5 hours between my afternoon snack and dinner. so this makes most of my calories end up at night. I don't do it on purpose though. I would prefer an even distribution.
I save up close to 900 cals for evenings. Thats when i tend to be the hungriest anyways. It works for me.
I have a really bad habit of overestimating calories...so I'll be able to spread out my intake every 2.5/3 hours in the morning/early afternoon, then I find myself stuffing myself with food in the evening b/c I'm gradually increasing calories... stuffing to the point where I'm like, bloated, but I have to get up there!! :P
I eat most of my calories at night. My appetite arrives around 8 PM.
Weekdays: I'm a busy with uni and lectures go from 8pm to 5pm...and I wake up super early...so most of my calories come from breakfast on those days...I get too tired to eat by the time I get back home.
Weekends: lunch is my biggest meal on weekends...i've dropped the habit of having big dinners, I think it's because I started going to bed alot earlier than I used to.
night and midnight..i STAY OUT Whole day to avoid food..not good for long run though but its ok with me..since if there's any event/dinner, its usually at night

same for me. Whenever I eat a full breakfast & lunch, like more than 800 calories, my friends ALWAYS will want to get dinner out or pizza or something that will put me over. I'd rather leave the option open.
Breakfast! I eat about 2 cups cereal and then i eat 2 morning star breakfast patties= which is about 400 calories for breakfast, but i eat a salad for lunch, a snack after school, and soup or a salmon patty for dinner. So Breakfast is my favorite and i eat the most too!
I eat about 900-1000 calories before dinner and about 500 after, which I'm happy with. I do wake up ravenous in the morning but that means I eat breakfast and am off to a healthy start!
dinner. i workout out at night. i hate doing anything in the mornings, unless its staying in bed. ive always been a night owl or vampire as my relatives called me when i was younger.
I eat most of mine for lunch. I usually have 150 - 200 cal for breakfast, then 600 - 800 cal for lunch, then 200 - 450 cal for dinner.

I eat about 6 times a day. Most of that before 5 pm. I usually have about 400 cals in my budget for dinner. Total about 1500 cals day.

I eat most in the morning!
Mostly at the nighttime... I get up everyday at five thirty and usually only have about 500 calories worth of food to last me until three-four. Mind you I'm not very hungry, so those 500 cals are usually apples and slices of bread with something on them.
I try to save 900 calories for the nighttime, as I'm accustomed to eating big dinners =D
I usually eat a fairly big breakfast and a just slightly smaller lunch, along with a light dinner. But before dinner I usually have some TV time during which I snack on my ~300 cals of seeds/nuts for the day, so if you count the two together, then my meals are almost perfectly balanced.
Mornings I wake up starving and then 4 hours after waking, I only eat at all after my huge big lunch so as to not be even MORE hungry in the am! I don't snack, either, I tried that and I just ended up thinking about my next food constantly, plus I never enjoyed anything i ate because I was never really hungry.
When I lost all my babyweight I tried eating at night, and that didn't work AT ALL... well only if you think gaining blubber is a great definition of working! lol
We're all different though, dh only eats at night and doesn't have more than coffe at the start of the day, slim as a rake...![]()
I eat about 700 cals from morning until I get home from work at around 5:00 then another 500 - 600 for dinner & snacks. I found that if I don't space my eating throughout the day I become light headed and during long boring meetings that isn't a good thing!!!
breakfast and or dinner, it really depends on the type of day. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal, so I like to make it the largest.
After I get home from work, 5pm, is the absolute worst!! I swear if I let myself, I could eat everything in our kitchen!
It seems once I eat supper, I just don't wanna stop..
