When do you eat most of your food?
I'm curious to see whether people are mostly morning eaters, night eaters etc....I know on days I'm at home studying etc I tend to eat a lot of food in the morning/early afternoon and have a small dinner....but if I've been rushing around all day usually I don't eat much throughout and end up having a bigger dinner!
How about everyone else?
I LOVE breakfast and eat about 600 calories for it everyday no matter what. If I exercise less or am not hungry, I'll just make my other meals smaller, but breakfast gets the top spot. Pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, turkey bacon, omlettes, nuts, fruits, yogurt, NOM NOM NOM!
Otherwise I eat every three hours. 400-600 calories a meal, six times a day.
I usually eat only 200-300 for breakfast, about 400 for lunch and then 100-200 for snack and all the rest at dinner and snacks. I love just to snack at dinner and eat multiple small things rather than one meal.
Sometimes I will add in a mid am snack if I have time at work, same for 5pm snack.
