Can I eat Rice a Roni

LMAO not sure if I spelled it right. I was just wondering if I can have it as a side as long as I count the calories and measure? Just started and I am unsure about a couple things Thanks

well, what i like about this is that you can eat whatever you want.  I use this site to help me make better chices and be aware of portion control.  Measure, see how it fits into your overall calories for the day, try to keep balanced meals, and use the site to train yourself to live a healthier lifestyle (which may include ricearoni or other treats...)

Agreed.  I eat Rice-a-Roni all the time, it's not too bad on the calories.  But, you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits into your caloric need for the day.

Agreed with the first two ladies, eat whatever you want just don't go nuts with it.  That's what i love about this site, i can eat what i want but the numbers are right there so i'm completely held accountable for what i choose.

You can eat it but its pretty high in sodium.  Too much sodium will cause your body to retain water.  I don't eat rice-a-roni anymore, but when I did I would use half of the seasoning packet instead of the whole thing.  I think they also make a low sodium version.
