If I eat the same menu items often is there an easier way to enter them?

I often eat the same menu items throughout the week.  Is there any way to copy what I've already eaten on a previous day into a new day?  I have to keep looking up each menu item to enter it.  let me know!

If you tag all the items in a meal as the same thing (breakfast, lunch, etc.), you can add all of them at once by clicking on the little plus sign.  This has been super helpful for me for things with a lot of ingredients, like salads, sandwiches, etc.

I think if you go to the item already entered, and click on "add again" and select the new date, this should work :D

There's an option to add your own recipe.  "If you know the calorie content of something add it here"  or something like that.  What I've done is created "meals"  So, my coffee soymilk and a bit of cocoa powder in the AM gets combo'd into one entry that's saved into my tagged items.  Also, my salad with mixed veggies, chicken breast, and dressing is all in one.  I just added up all the calories etc. and made it one entry.
