Hi everyone. Usually for lunch I have soup and I've been wanting chicken with salad but I don't have chicken. I never feel satisfied with even 2 cups of soup. So today I decided to have just 1 cup-does anyone have any suggestions for what to eat with that? I don't think crackers b/c only 5 crackers are 60 calories. Maybe 2 light babybel cheeses for 100 calories? Can anyone give me suggestions! I don't want to be so hungry afterwards!

i would suggest having a cup of soup and a turkey sandwich with mustard and sliced tomato and a few sprouts (if you like them) you can purchase the colonial or other brand 40 cal bread. mustard is a free food and tomato slices arent that many calories, and if you want you could even add a salad to that with some light dressing as 2 cups of salad mix only have 15 calories. so in the soup sandwich and salad you will only have about 300 calories if that much (thats probably exagerating it a bit.) hope this helps
