I know there are probably a million of these topics out there but I needed to start one for myself and anyone else who wants to post is welcome to. Also, if you have any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I'm 5'6 - currently 136 lbs and my goal is 126 lbs.
Today:
B: Banana, granola bar (150)
S: V8 shot (40)
L: Big salad (mush, tomatoes, green, red, yellow peppers, romaine lettuce, and cucumber) Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing (~250)
D: Rice & Fish cakes (~500)
S: Popcorn (160)
Only around 1100 cals, I'll need to fit in another 200 cal snack in the afternoon.
I wish I hadn't stuffed myself yesterday! I think my stomach may have shrunk a bit, because I used to be able to eat much more than that in one sitting. We had our meal at 2, and I was miserably full for the rest of the day. I don't feel so hot today, either. As a result of feeling funky and sleeping in, I haven't eaten much yet today.
Great job yesterday Jenn! Are you still taking Molly to work everyday? It's getting a bit chilly walking, isn't it?
