I had whole wheat toast and a scrambled egg for breakfast.

A bowl of vegetable soup and 1/2 piece cornbread , 1/2 slice pound cake for lunch

1/2 cup skim milk and a ritz cracker with tsp peanut butter for a snack

3 oz. filet mignon, 1/2 cup broccoli, vegetable salad, apple for dinner

I will probably treat myself to a cappuccino after dinner.

I rode a stationary bike for 15 minutes three times.  and intend to go to bed thinking I did a pretty good job!

I have decided it is quantity that matters for me, I don't do well on carrots, celery, and all those healthy things.  I am eating well but less and have lost 18 pounds since Aug.28 so it is working now. Who knows about  tomorrow!  I just keep plugging along.

It's Sunday!  Who exercises or tracks what they eat on the 7th day?  :)

Honestly, I don't over analyze what I eat.  I make healty choices and watch portion size.  I don't ever deprive myself.  If I want it, I eat it... just not the whole bag.  Know what I mean?  I did try, for the first time, a Buffalo burger for dinner.  It was actually really good.  They say there's less cholesterol and fat than beef.  AND, my whole motivation for choosing it was because of the portion size!  The regular beef burgers were 12 oz!  The Buffalo burger was 5 oz.  I chose the healthy option twice over! Yeah me.

Oh, and I did 45 minutes at the gym of arms/ shoulder work.   Like I said, it's Sunday!

i walked for 30 mins on the treadmill

BFAST-bagel w/ PB+J, raspberry yogurt, apple

LUNCH-heddar cheese+pastrami sandwich, fage 2% yogurt, strawberries, fresh from bakery PB cookie spread w/ spoonful PB

SNACK-bowl of granola+trail mix+cup milk

DINNER-salad w/almond butter, egg salad sandwich, beef stew

SNACK-PB muffin, apple, yogurt

You caught me on my bad day :P

24 pushups

Breakfast: Whole grain pancakes w/ pure maplesyrup
Lunch: Vegetarian black bean soup w/ chunk of french white bread

Went to stores and such w/ my dad

Snacks all day: Cherry pie larabar, handful of baked and salted pumpkin seeds, rice crackers
Dinner: Spicy spanish rice (Rice, Peppers, Mushrooms, Onion, Hot sauce, Chili powder), Burrito (Refried beans, Soymeat, peppers, cheese)

24 pushups

Party pooper. Tongue out Oh yes buffalo burgers. I made one for dinner yesterday with some sautayed mushrooms and onions and whole grain bun. Today I made a "burrito" with it. They key to cooking them is to first to sear both sides to trap all the natural juices inside. Otherwise it will be dry since it doesn't have a lot of fat in meat.

Hmm wonder what I should have for dinner. Maybe a Chipotle burrito!

Lunch: chicken breast sandwich with tomato and lettuce and a few fries

Dinner: half a box of macaroni & cheese

Breakfast: Green beans and 1 oz smoked almonds, coffee w/milk & sugar
Snack: brown cow coffee and vanilla yogurt (2-6oz) and a persimmon
Snacks: 1 zone bar after workout and 1 luna bar before finishing errands (that's more fake food than I prefer but I was out of energy to ride home)
Lunch: 2 eggs and collard greens

Dinner: halibut with raspberry jam/chili-mango-vinegar sauce and 1 small sweet potato
Snack update: mandarin orange

Exercise:
* New Rules of Lifting for Women, Stage 1, 10 rep deadlift day, plus some treadmill uphill walking (200 cal)
* Bicycle commuting/errands (300 cal)
* Farmers market shopping

Total: about 200 150 cal deficit

Breakfast: 2 apricots, some grapes

Morning snack: 3 tangerines

Lunch: Salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and chicken, home-made mayonnaise as dressing.

Afternoon snack: About a fistful of mixed nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds)

Dinner: Salad with cucumber, tomato, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower and hard boiled eggs, home-made mayonnaise as dressing and a touch of ketchup.

I didn't do a darn thing for exercise, I have zero motivation. :(

The worst ever....

All I ate today was Chipolite Sauce covered Chicken Crispers from Chili's, the fries that came with it, and I subbed the corn for broccolli.

Yeah, and a push-up pop.

Gawd! Awful!

However, admitting it here might give me some motivation to stop.

And, at least I'm still somewhere near maintenance.... And when I went to the grocery store I planned out dinners for almost the whole week.

30 pushups
Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ blueberries and granola
30 more pushups

Walking all day at school (3 floor building)

School lunch: Huge PB&J Uncrustable. Skim milk
Snack: Pecan pie larabar

On the treadmill for 25 minutes

Dinner: Vegetarian black bean soup

30 pushups

I just got started for today, but so far I had an Eggo low fat Nutrigrain waffle with fat free syrup and some green tea. Then I did the Tae Bo Amped Core workout which is only 30 minutes. (I'm slacking today, LOL.) And I just had a protein shake made with half a banana, 2 tablespoons pumpkin, Designer Whey protein powder, unsweetened Almond Breeze, and some pumpkin spice. Now, I'm thinking coffee...

hmmmm i'll have to post again later in the day...

but so far.

breakfast: 2 egg whites with mushrooms, spinach and salsa with 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 4oz of orange juice (small because i workout literally less than an hour later)

workout: 7.25 miles on the treadmill, 10 minute cool down walk on an incline and 10 minute elliptical.

will go back later to lift shoulders as a study break.

post workout snack: 1 bag of 94% fat free whole grain popcorn (yes i've meausred out the bag cup by cup and its a snack serving calorie wise... lol)

I will reply for Monday since I didn't see this until now - yesterday was a bad food day for me!!

Today: Breafast:

Fiber oatmeal, maple and brown sugar (160 cal) &  coke zero

Lunch: PB&J on oatnut bread (440 cal) banana (110 cal), and a coke zero

Dinner: I have no idea I haven't gone to the store!  Hopefully salmon - but we'll see!

Oh man…you guys don’t even want to know….lol

Protein bar in the morning

Then bacon egg and cheese sandwich

Then nature valley oat bar

Half a subway sandwich

Bacon, Chili, cheeseburger deluxe

Nature valley bar and oatmeal (right now)

Tonight I’m making teriyaki chicken

So in all today I actually didn’t take in as many calories as usual…only about 4,000

wow, just curious, are most of you eating/excercising for weight loss?
