So I thought it would be fun to start a thread to see what everyone is eating, and what/how much exercise they do. So fess up what did you eat today, and what did you do for an exercise. :)

how coud that possibly be enough food for all that excercise?

its 1400 calories and i burn like 2200.

lol, sooooo, got my body fat tested today, calipers gave me a good readout at 18.5% and then the actual 100% accurate test, the DEXA scan... gave me 21.7% :( ARGGGGG!!! lol...

So I ate like total crap today, stuffed my face with all the candy I could grasp, I now feel pretty sick (to be honest) and I couldn't care less. Tomorrow is a new day. I am committed to the next 6 mos of diet, fitness, and health. I will sleep 8 hours (none of this 7-7.5 crap), I will not eat any sweets (even on my off days), and I will continue to take all my vitamins and minerals as needed :). Oh, and most importantly I will take on a more avid aproach at fitness... adding a little more weight and exertion and really pushing myself within reason.

To be honest it's to no one's benefit to know exactly what I ate today (it was bad... real bad). So I'll leave that out. I will say I took in 2864 and expendature was 2200.. lol. So not too bad of a surplus but it was horrible food. In fact I'm slightly proud I feel sick... lol, makes it easier to not eat that crap for the next 6 mos... My birthday gift to myself in July will be to get re-tested :) Wish me luck!

Today I ate crap D: lol

I had 1/4 cup oats for breakfast

Then most of a chocolate croissant (I didn't eat the chocolate, lol)

Three chocolate chip cookies 

Some pineapple

Some tomato soup

And some of a spinach bolani 

No Exercise.

Breakfast oatmeal with two toasts. Rest of the day airplane food, with Trader Joe 72% dark chocolate as snacks.

Today will be a rest day for me... probably walk the dogs but nothing intense

 

Prebreakfast: 2 coffees w/ ff coffeemate
breakfast: 1/3 eggwhites, broccoli, eggplant, mushrooms & some squash
snack: yogurt w/ banana & blueberries
lunch: tomato soup w/ a hummus and tofurkey sandwich
snack: carrots & celery w/ better n' peanut butter
dinner: salmon, brussel sprouts, sweet potato, & an apple salad

B: leftover pasta and mixed veggies (I like weird stuff for breakfast)

S: clementine, 2 peppermint candies

L: First Watch Healthy Turkey (egg white omelette w/ spinach, diced turkey, and feta), english muffin w/ 1 tbls blackberry jam

Treat: Starbucks Mocha Peppermint Twist w/ nonfat milk (about 300 calories : )

D: 1 cups pasta w/ 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbls parm cheese

I have a basketball game tonight at 7 30...if we win we'll be 6-1 woot woot....so I'll probably have a snack like an apple with pb or something afterwards.

all last night I puked (macaroni and cheese, broccoli, 2 biscuits, orange juice), so today my meal plan is going to be a tad light

brekkie: a little bit of oatmeal : soymilk, banana chips, PB : bottle of ginger rale
lunch: vegetable soup or fruit salad
snack: tangerine
dinner: vegetable soup
dessert: tba

exercise: walked around the track for 20 minutes

Breakfast: Fruit and Yogurt parfait w/ LF granola and almonds ; Cinnamon swirl ; 1/2 large orange
Morning snack: Tba
Lunch: Veggie lasagna ; glass of almond milk
Evening snack: Brown pear
Dinner: 2 blackbean enchilada's ; spanish rice ; baked beans
Dessert: Glass of chocolate milk

Exercise: Tredmill for 20 minutes (:

Yesterday I didn't follow a diet... well I did at first but then the snacks killed! Work is the worst sometimes!!

  • 4 egg whites, 1/2c fiber one, 1/4c unsweetened silk soy milk
  • Chocolate crinkle cookie (<-should have stopped here; 60 cals)
  • espresso e/ ff milk, protein bar
  • 2 Choco covered cherries, and another Chocolate crinkle cookie
  • Lentil burger, 1/3c quinoa, 1/4c black beans, lotsa salsa
  • Chocolate fudge 1" cube & 1 choco covered cherry
  • Lo-Carb Thomas' English Muffin
  • Can of Albacore Tuna w/ salsa
  • Chocolate Crinkle Cookie, & piece of fudge (again!! Arg!)
  • Exercise: 90 min spin class
  • Post-work out shake: 1scp no carb protein powder; 1scp Glycomaize
  • 5 Choco Pretzels (made w/ diabetic chocolate I made... lo cal :D)
  • 4 Egg whites, 1c mushrooms, 1 roma tomato, 1oz ff cream cheese & 3.25oz shrimp

So yeah I took in 2077, and I output 2530. Deficit 453, but I just hate eating all that bad food... I wish those cals were from better sources! lol!!
