What did YOU eat today?
Don't list the calories, don't list the exercise, don't list portion sizes.
None of those pesky numbers, since we all are different.
One person can need 1400 a day, while another can need 2,500, and it can be really triggering to see someone ate a lower number than yourself.
Therefore, just list the food you ate. This will help us understand the value of eating healthy food (for the nutrients), while also indulging moderately in empty calories when we want. I don't know about you, but I'm aiming for 90% healthy foods - and 10% empty calories. ;)
Also, do not post here if you are starving yourself. I'm not interested in the details, it is only going to get others riled up, and it is triggering to those of us trying to recover from an eating disorder. Okay, thank-you.
Here's me for today:
Breakfast: slept far too late
Lunch: sandwich (100% whole wheat bread, garden burger veggie medley patty, soy dijon "mayo", pickle, lettuce), dried apricots, diet soda, tums, vitamin
Snack: apple, no salt added raw almond butter
Dinner: corn, bell peppers, sugar-snap peas, lettuce, firm tofu, soy dressing, tums
Snack: soy delicious peanut butter zig zag! yumm.

I had stuffed grapeleaves, kuba (Its these whole weat patties with meat in the middle, can't explain it exactly) baked in a tomato sauce with eggplant tomato and onion. Also, a traditional mid east salad and cookies.

near east toasted pine nut couscous, salmon with BBQ sauce, spinach with poppyseed dressing, apples, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.
A couple Margaritas, a few beers, and some homemade baked potato soup.
NO, I swear to god they wouldn't mind. But I don't think the strawberry waffles would be too popular.
eggs, cheese, steak, chicken, salad, beef hamburger, beef hot dog, rice, pasta salad, grilled mushrooms, watermelon, canelope, choc cake, apple pie, tea, coffee....I think thats all.

Afternoon tea - Cereal! Just Right, I do believe

Dessert: a cocktail or 2
Dinner will be the first time I am home today, and only for about 10 minutes before I leave again, hence the reason I ate crappy today and the reason for the cocktails - busy, busy, and going to Summerfest tonight!! :)

Afternoon snack: Oatmeal Walnut Raisin Clif Bar.
Dinner: 2 Large pita breads spread with hummus and 2 spinach pies without feta.
Evening snack: A few sunflower seeds.
