Don't list the calories, don't list the exercise, don't list portion sizes.

None of those pesky numbers, since we all are different.

One person can need 1400 a day, while another can need 2,500, and it can be really triggering to see someone ate a lower number than yourself.

Therefore, just list the food you ate. This will help us understand the value of eating healthy food (for the nutrients), while also indulging moderately in empty calories when we want. I don't know about you, but I'm aiming for 90% healthy foods - and 10% empty calories. ;)

Also, do not post here if you are starving yourself. I'm not interested in the details, it is only going to get others riled up, and it is triggering to those of us trying to recover from an eating disorder. Okay, thank-you.


Here's me for today:

Breakfast: slept far too late
Lunch: sandwich (100% whole wheat bread, garden burger veggie medley patty, soy dijon "mayo", pickle, lettuce), dried apricots, diet soda, tums, vitamin
Snack: apple, no salt added raw almond butter
Dinner: corn, bell peppers, sugar-snap peas, lettuce, firm tofu, soy dressing, tums
Snack: soy delicious peanut butter zig zag! yumm.

French toast, baked potato slices, tomato, sharp cheddar cheese, seaweed salad, avocado and cucumber sushi roll, mosticcioli w/ meat sauce, roast beef, chicken stir fry, rice, italian cream cake, oreo cream cake.

OMG. 
well ive sure had a whole lot today thats for sure, but im tellin ya i cant seem to stop with the asiago cheese snack right now if u check out my other thread

wow, cshammas, i wish i was at ur house today! but right now im eating this great salad with wishbone balsamic vinagrette with extra virgin olive oil...its really damn good its my first time trying it
beet soup, a tomato and green bean omelette, chicken wings and hot sauce, mashed potatoes and corn bread and frosted flakes with peaches

I had some bulgarian feta style cheese with honey drizzled over it just now and I'm watching National Lampoons Vacation on TV and it gives me the munchies.
which national lampoons?! the vegas one always made me want chilli cheese fries

Yeah. I also had 3 cups of coffee, including 1 of turkish coffee.  And cherries, watermelon, and cantelope.
have u ever tried the carnation hazelnut flavored cream??? so delicious! had about 8 cups today

3 in the morning and 5 throughout the day...

glad thats my only addiction...that and asiago
i want ramen noodles right now!
bowl of oatabix with skimmed milk and coffee,apple,sugar free jelly,weighwatchers soup with grilled chicken,light yoghurt,low cal hot choc and sugar free gum
popcorn, airpopped with Smart Choice spread, banana, yummy turkeyburger smothered with sauteed portobello mushrooms on bun with mayo, raisens, blueberries, yogurt, Boston lettuce salad with EVOO and vinegar, a bun with Smart Choice spread, plum. 

I seem to do better when I plan my meals in the morning and then when I'm hungry or it's mealtime I know just what to fix.  I've never had soy milk but think I will try some. 
oooo im looking forward to dinner later :D heheh

breakfast: scrambled eggs, tea, toast

lunch: subway sandwich, diet pepsi, coffee

dinner: havent had it yet, but i'll have a weight watchers curry

snacks: none so far :) maybe fruit and a little bit of soup!
Everybody's food sounds so much better than mine. I'm slacking today, lol. (It's only 10:30 a.m. but I know what I'm having later.)

Breakfast: banana, poptart (brown sugar cinnamon)

Lunch: my only soda of the day, a hot pocket crossianwich ham & cheese

Dinner: some form of hamburger helper

Yep, I'm really not doing too good today. Oh well. I've been working it for 2 weeks and not getting anywhere, so I'll eat my junk food today and start again tomorrow. (But I will still do my workout, because it makes me feel good.)
B: coco pops with skimmed milk and a glass of water

S: Can of coke

S: Kiwi fruit

L: Tuna and cucumber on wholemeal bread

S: Can of coke (I'm naughty, thats my second!)

D: About four forkfulls of this cheese pasta stuff. Wasn't very nice.

I'm gonna have some apple and strawberry crumble later. :]
