Don't list the calories, don't list the exercise, don't list portion sizes.

None of those pesky numbers, since we all are different.

One person can need 1400 a day, while another can need 2,500, and it can be really triggering to see someone ate a lower number than yourself.

Therefore, just list the food you ate. This will help us understand the value of eating healthy food (for the nutrients), while also indulging moderately in empty calories when we want. I don't know about you, but I'm aiming for 90% healthy foods - and 10% empty calories. ;)

Also, do not post here if you are starving yourself. I'm not interested in the details, it is only going to get others riled up, and it is triggering to those of us trying to recover from an eating disorder. Okay, thank-you.


Here's me for today:

Breakfast: slept far too late
Lunch: sandwich (100% whole wheat bread, garden burger veggie medley patty, soy dijon "mayo", pickle, lettuce), dried apricots, diet soda, tums, vitamin
Snack: apple, no salt added raw almond butter
Dinner: corn, bell peppers, sugar-snap peas, lettuce, firm tofu, soy dressing, tums
Snack: soy delicious peanut butter zig zag! yumm.

two cups of coffee at home, then another at work carrots, celery, banana in between breakfast and lunch, had a turkey sandwich then a pear. At 2:20 i ate wheatables (honey) and soon i will be eating a nectorine. As for dinner i don't know yet? Is that Bad?
This is from yesterday...but what the heck...here it goes.

Breakfast - Quaker Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnomon Oatmeal, 1/2 Banana, 1/2 glass of Florida's Natural Orange Juice, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt.

Snack - Strawberry-Banana Smoothie, with Orange Juice.

Lunch - 1/2 Turkey Sandwich on Multi-Grain Bread from Paradise Cafe.

Dinner - Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Cambell's Lower-Sodium Vegtable Soup, Fruit Cup; Strawberries, Oranges, Grapes.
yesterday was:

breakfast-oatmeal with apples, cinnamon, brown suger and vanilla silk.

snack-tall vanilla soy chai latte

lunch-cinnamon puffins, peach, plain silk

snack-chocolate caramel brownie luna bar

dinner-peach, whole grain multigrain toast with all natural chunky peanut butter

snack-fruit juice sweetemed strawberry yogurt, cranberry walnut oatmeal cookie
Breakfast- coffee(splenda, non-dairy creamer), three boiled egg whites.

Snack- beef jerky and triscuits thin crisps

Lunch- pea soup and half turkey sandwich(fat free mayo and spicy mustard)

Snack- one egg white and more of the triscuits

Dinner- broiled pork chop and steamed brocolli

Snack- sugar free fudge pop

I drink at least 3 liters of water a day...I'm floating!
Breakfast: chocolate mint promax energy bar
Snack: pluot
Lunch: sandwich (100% ww bread, skinless chicken breast, light lemonaise, ff cheese, dill pickles)
Snack: apple
Dinner: lean cuisine chicken carbonara, steamed broccoli

Breakfast: Fage 0% greek yogurt with microwaved frozen blueberries (created this delicious blueberry sauce) with product 19 cereal on top, coffee with skim milk.

Lunch: Dark rye crispbread with laughing cow light french onion and herb, sliced tomato and shredded chicken mixed with fresh oregano, basil, rosemary,parsley, balsamic vinegar and creole mustard. Apple, green tea.

Dinner: (will be...) Chipotle burrito bowl with chicken, rice, black beans, tomato, corn, cheese, lettuce and hot sauce.

B:  Oatmeal with fresh raspberries, banana, almonds, and yogurt.

L:  "Burrito" with brown rice, beans, chopped grilled chicken breast, lettuce, shredded cheddar, and salsa in a LaTortilla Factory wrap.  Pink Lady apple slices.

S:  Pink Lady apple slices, fresh strawberries, Laughing Cow Light.

D:  Grilled chicken breast, mac&cheese, sugar snaps and red bell peppers.

S:  Swiss Miss Fudge Bar (I will not give the calories to honor the request of the OP, but I have to say, this was one of the BEST expenditures of a small amount of calories I have had for a "snack/treat" in a while.  Unbelievably thick, creamy, chocolatey goodness in a gigantic fudge bar.  I seriously think they are lying about the calories!  Hehe.  First time buying them, bought them for husband and son, won't be the last!)

Breakfast: oatmeal, soy nuts, plain yogurt with honey, coffee

Lunch: half a chicken and cheese wrap, salad (we went out)

Snack: fiber one, milk

Dinner: chicken burger pattie, salad, lima beans

Snack: tea, fiber one, chocolate chips

Snack: fiber one, chocolate chips, apple, milk, bite of toast
Breakfast:  Yoplait Whips! in Cafe Latte

Snack: NutriGrain bar in raspberry

Lunch: Mountain Dew and Baked Lays potato chips

Snack: Fudge Round

Dinner: Stir-Fry vegetables with ramen noodles.

Soooooo full...  and I still haven't made it to 1200 calories.
For tomorrow.. (techniclly today. I'm up a bit late..)

D-Frozen dinner, slisbury steak possibly? I think its 'smart ones'
S-Not too sure yet, probely some yummy frozen yogurt with something else..

dinner: pulled pork BBQ, baked beans, french fries.

B:  LaTortilla Factory garlic/herb wrap with scrambled egg, roasted red bell pepper, sharp cheddar, chopped spicy shrimp leftover from last night's dinner, and picante sauce.

L:  LaTortilla Factory multigrain wrap (yes, a 2-wrap day for me, LOL, which is a first, I think, needed something quick and easy) with MORE leftover spicy shrimp, chopped toasted almonds, and baby spinach.

S:  Kashi fire-roasted veg crackers, Laughing Cow Light, grapes.

D:  Homemade beef stew, cornbread.

S:  Luna bar, caramel nut brownie.

B: Cheerios, fat free milk, banana

S: strawberries, watermelon, apple

L: chicken breast, broccoli

S: tuna with pickles, mixed veggies, quaker salt free rice cake

D: chicken broth with egg white, quaker salt free rice cake

S: tea
B: Oatmeal

L: PBnJ made with sugar free-jelly and Better'n Peanut Butter with light whole wheat bread, baby carrots, light ranch, luna bar

D: Amy's Tofu Vegetable Lasagna

S: weight watcher's ice cream, part-skim ricotta cheese mixed with unsweetened cocoa powder, splenda and fat-free cool whip, these chocolate-flavored corn snacks I got from a Japanese market.

Snacks weren't very healthy... kind of a bad day.
Breakfast - 100 Calorie English Muffin, 100% All-Natural Apple Butter(fat free), 1/2 Banana, 1/2 Glass of Orange Juice.

Lunch - Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza, Pineapple slices, Bottle of water.

Dinner - Slice of Roasted Turkey, Green Beans, and some Lettuce.

L:  Kashi roasted garlic chicken pizza, steamed fresh sugar snaps mixed with sugar snap stir-fry veg mix and Brussels sprouts.

S:  Kashi fire-roasted veg crackers, Laughing Cow Light, grapes.

D:  Grilled fajita-marinated chicken breast, brown rice, steamed sugar snaps and broccoli.
