Don't list the calories, don't list the exercise, don't list portion sizes.

None of those pesky numbers, since we all are different.

One person can need 1400 a day, while another can need 2,500, and it can be really triggering to see someone ate a lower number than yourself.

Therefore, just list the food you ate. This will help us understand the value of eating healthy food (for the nutrients), while also indulging moderately in empty calories when we want. I don't know about you, but I'm aiming for 90% healthy foods - and 10% empty calories. ;)

Also, do not post here if you are starving yourself. I'm not interested in the details, it is only going to get others riled up, and it is triggering to those of us trying to recover from an eating disorder. Okay, thank-you.


Here's me for today:

Breakfast: slept far too late
Lunch: sandwich (100% whole wheat bread, garden burger veggie medley patty, soy dijon "mayo", pickle, lettuce), dried apricots, diet soda, tums, vitamin
Snack: apple, no salt added raw almond butter
Dinner: corn, bell peppers, sugar-snap peas, lettuce, firm tofu, soy dressing, tums
Snack: soy delicious peanut butter zig zag! yumm.

Breakfast - Trader Joe's sourdough english muffin w/ i can't believe it's not butter (usually I throw some egg beaters on there, but I was short on time today)

snack - raw whole almonds

Lunch - leftover seared Ahi from last night. Some white rice and broccoli with some baby spinach

snack - cherry lowfat yogurt

dinner - I'm guessing my usual chicken with brown rice and veggies and some whole wheat toast with laughing cow swiss
Breakfast - 100 Calorie English Muffin, 100% Apple Butter, 1/2 Banana.

Lunch - 1/2 of 6" Turkey Breast on Whole Wheat Bread at Subway, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt

Dinner - 2 Small Slices of Extra-thin Whole-grain Crust Pizza, Small Side Salad, Grapes.
B -Oatmeal w pb and a banana
Coffee
S -peanuts
L -Cottage cheese and nectarines, Fuji apple
D -Taco salad with the fixin's
fiber 1 banana

cheeeesey sandwich with tomatoe and arugula

yogurt

stir fry

peanut butter slathered bagel

peach

a few bites of strawberries here and there
b- blueberry vitamuffin and a nectarine sliced up with some ff cottage cheese

snack- grapes and a light n fit yogurt

lunch-spaghetti squash with diced tomatoes, salad and mock garlic toast

snacks- more yogurt, tortilla with splenda and cinnamon, bread with jam, .5 cup egg beaters

dinner- pita with crab meat and lettuce, frozen veggies, yogurt

snack- cottage cheese and then another piece of bread with jam.

way too many carbs today!
B:  Cheerios, fat free milk, blackberries, vanilla yogurt

S:  tuna, pickle, mixed veggies, salt free rice cake

L:  brown rice, eggs, mixed veggies, fish fillet

S:  fat free cottage cheese, grapefruit

D:  chicken, spinach, green beans

S:  haven't had it yet...I'm thinking either some popcorn or some tea, maybe both =)
Breakfast:
Wholewheat toast with vegemite and almond butter
Plain yogurt with homemade granola and real maple syrup

Lunch:
Big green salad with veggie ham, pepperocini, onion, tomato and pinenuts
Wholewheat spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce

Snacks:
Sugarfree fatfree butterscotch pudding
Wholewheat pita with yogurt-cucumber dip

Dinner:
Veggie tofu lasagna
Bottle of pear ale (beer)
Baked potato chips
For tomorrow...

B- A bagel from panera with cream cheese (:
S- Blackberries
L- A grilled cheese sanggggggwitchhh!
S- An apple
D- A turkey dog with some shredded lettuce
S- Not sure yet...

B:  Oatmeal with apples, vanilla yogurt, cinnamon, fresh nutmeg.

L:  LaTortilla Factory multigrain wrap with turkey breast, apple slices, Laughing Cow Light Swiss, baby spinach, and salsa.

S:  Smoothie with frozen mixed berries, vanilla yogurt, a little SF white chocolate pudding powder, and some finely ground up/powdered almonds and Kashi GLC mixed together.

S:  Carrot, celery, apple slices, PB.

D:  Homemade chicken soft taco and salad with iceburg, baby spinach, and mandarin oranges.

b: banana, chocolate rice cakes, special k and skim milk

s: luna bar

s: pb&j on whole wheat

l: ham and cheese on whole wheat, apple

s: apple

d: whole wheat penne, pasta sauce, chicken breast, spinach, peppers, mushrooms, laughing cow wedge

s: carrot
B: Multigrain Oatmeal with skim milk//coffee with half/half, coffee with vanilla almond breeze (unsweetened)

L: LaTortilla Factory wrap with Turkey breast, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, touch of mayo//raspberries//tomatoes

S: Godiva Dark Chocolate//raspberries//Corn on the cob

D: Smart ones Salsbury steak w/asparagus//baby carrots// multigrain oatmeal

Stayed within my cholesterol, my sodium, and my calorie limits -- YEAH

calamari, sushi, a little lamb, some onion rings, kangaroo steak, mushrooms, sweet potatoe/carrot brulee, grilled veggies, some mashed potatoes, bread, 1 2/3 deep fried bananas with caramel sauce and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Damn was it good.

Lunch: Roast beef wrap with cheddar, lettuce, tomato and mustard.

Dinner: Sezchaun style green beans, california roll made with brown rice.
well today i had: b: 3/4 of oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins, a soy latte, a bite of waffle, a blueberry and a cantalope piece l: 1 and 1/2 small artichokes, a mixed green salad with vinaigrette, LOTSA iced tea!! s: peanut butter mnms d: small mexican salad, about 5 shrimps with ketchup sauce s: hot coco with soy milk
b- 3/4 cup egg beaters.
    lower sugar oatmeal

l- subway club salad

s- tortilla. 2 tbsp s.f. jam
   luna bar (nutz over choc.)

d- will probably be...sirloin soup and pasta

snack: coffee with skim milk.

lunch: egg whites with garlic, pepper and diced tomatoes, boca breakfast patty, honey mustard BBQ sauce, green tea.

snack: caramel vanilla truffle tea, green tea.

dinner: will probably be kashi sweet and sour chicken and either an apple or a mango and yogurt smoothie!

#1B:  Chopped boiled egg, Laughing Cow Light French Onion, and salsa on whole wheat toast.

#2B:  ("Second breakfast," NO, I'm not a hobbit, as much as I may LOOK like one!)  Oatmeal with mixed berries and banana, vanilla yogurt, toasted almonds.

L:  LaTortilla Factory multigrain wrap with turkey breast, apple slices, lettuce, baby spinach, Laughing Cow Light Swiss, and salsa. 

S:  Some baked pita chips and a little garden veg. Light Philly (OK, yes, I COULD HAVE also added a fruit, or better yet had the fruit and skipped the chips, but I didn't.  My bad). 

D:  Grilled chicken breast, mac&cheese, butterbeans.   

Breakfast:
Baked potato with cottage cheese and black beans
Snack:
Sugarfree, nonfat butterscotch pudding
Lunch:
Stir fry with onion, red pepper, pineapple, tofu, mushrooms, zucchini, garlic, ginger, and Sweet & Sour sauce
Snack:
Dried bing cherries
Dinner:
Baked Flour Tortilla "bowl" filled with black beans, shredded lettuce, onions and salsa, baked corn tortilla wedges
Snack:
Zen Cinnamon Roll from Trader Joe's
Breakfast:

Coffee with milk and  sugar,

Cream of Wheat cooked cereal with brown sugar, cinnamon and diced apple.

Snack:

Devilled egg (hard boiled with mayo and mustard whipped into yolk and put back where the yolk goes)

Lunch:

Homemade fried rice: white rice, ham, peas, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, egg, and a little olive oil to keep rice from sticking during frying.

Snack:

Watermelon

Dinner:

Same as lunch ? fried rice

Snack:

Cheecha Krackles

Rice crackers "SuperSlim"

Drank a few glasses of Crystal Light and the rest was water.
