i always wonder what other people have eaten for some reason.

ive been pretty good today

lunch (i woke up at 2pm hahah)

turkey(6 slices)-45 cal

mustard-0 cal

lettuce-10 cal

snack

2 medium carrot-70

ff ranch 1tbsp-15

dinner

jellybeans-270 cals :( -- cant help it, i love jellybeansss

total so far.500..that means.hm i dunno what to eat hahah.

i love jelly bellys they are 4 cals each so one at a time and suck don't chomp!

I also live in britain where jelly bellies cost about 10p each (bout 20cents) so i only get em when someone brings me them from america.  I love american food so its good I don't live there!
I went to 7 Eleven with my girl and we shared a Nachos cheese bowl and a large rootbeer with gatorade in it.The we shared a hot 1/2 bl hot dog. I  haven't eaten anything since and ready to do my excercise regime.

Hey, there is already a very similar thread about this THRIVING in the Foods Forum.  Literally, hundreds (almost 1000) posts already to exactly this question, enough to keep you reading about what we are all eating in a day for a LONG TIME.  :-)   Not that people can't or shouldn't post to this one, too, just that the other one could give you personally a great big headstart if you're looking for ideas!  :-)

Let's see

Breakfast - egg white omelet with green bell peppers, zuchinni and tomatoes -94 calories
Snack - Chocolate covered almonds 180 calories
Lunch- Italian bean salad - 250 calories
Snack - veggies 60 calories
Dinner- Tofu cabbage rolls with roasted vegetables 180 calories
Desert - Sugar free chocolate pudding 90 calories

a little low on the calories today but that's okay for one day :)
The U.S has the best FAT ASS FOOD on the planet.It's impossible to diet happily with out missing your favs.Unless yoou pay for exspensive good tasting foods.
Its seems like your fasting - I remember you just talking about eating a few pieces of fruit all day.  I must ask though - who makes turkey thats 45 cal for 6 slices?

The best Ive found is oscar mayer which I believe is like 97% fat free and small slice which are 10 cal a slice,or 60 cal for 6 slices.

Please let me know which brand you use.

1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup 0% fat cottage cheese with teaspoon grape jam
zucchini bread, small slice about 100 cals

pork loin (very small piece)
baked potato (about 1./2 cup) plain
cucumber and tomato (lots, from the garden today)
2 bites of ice cream

This is about 1300 so far, will do another 200. Need more milk, maybe 4 oz. of homemade blackberry wine.

And I burned 350 at the gym.
I eat the same things and sometimes get bored.  Right now I know I need protein, but am sick of beef and chicken so eating refried beans.

  • cottage cheese  1 C 160
  • 2 tomatoes 80 
  • 2 sl my multigrain bread, 1 T. PB 200

  • 1 egg  hardboiled 70
  • have 150 cal. left for tonight  probably an apple and 2 walnuts 
that egg white omelett Alli is having sounds good.  I bought sliced portabellos and am making one tomorrow. 

breakfast:  frosted Shredded Wheat and skim milk (226)

lunch:  turkey melt (2 (apparently thicker) slices turkey, fat free Kraft singles, dijon mustard, reduced-cal bread (only 40 a slice!), banana (total:  276)

dinner:  stir-fried veggies and chicken, rice

I haven't attempted to find a total for dinner yet, because we ate out, so that's always fun estimating.

I'm starting to get a little hungry, so I'll probably have a snack at some point.  Maybe an apple and almonds (if I'm feeling healthy), maybe popcorn, or maybe ice cream (if I'm feeling bad--it is reduced fat, though). 

JUST TO CLEAR SOME STUFF UP..

I AM NOT THE PERSON WHO EATS A FEW PIECES OF FRUIT AND A SALAD A DAY..

i just dont realize how little calories im getting sometimes..

and oscar mayer..the really really thin stuff makes 45 cal turkey. but its pretty small i must say. but only oven roasted and smoked.
breakfast- 2 cups kashi cereal, 1/2 banana, 1 cup soymilk (estimated 450 cals)
tall glass of water+multiviamin

coffee with soymilk- est 20 cals

lunch- wheat veggie wrap with salsa, cucumber, lettuce, mixed left over cooked veggies. est.300 cal
tall glass of water

piece of salt water taffy est 20 cals

snack- 1 c. strawberries, 3 TBs soygurt, 1/2 slice dense nutbread (est 250)
tall glass of water

dinner- large red lettuce salad with cucumbers oil+vinegar+peanutbutter dressing, cranberries, raisins, granola (est 350 cal)
tall glass of water

random  few bites of granola, pretzel, cereal, a cough drop throughout the day (est 100 cal)

you all are morning lightweights so far...thats when i really have an appetite.

I've had a decent day today - stayed within my target calorie range:

Breakfast - Eggo multi-grain lite waffle with sugar free syrup

Lunch - Rosemary chicken with pasta and a plum

Snack - Smart Pop pop corn

Dinner - Salmon, green salad with dried cranberry's

Snack - Fat free pudding

Also exercised today - 30 minutes on the treadmill and some sit-ups and free weights.

 

What's on today's meal plan (yes i already planned it :D)

Breakfast: Tomatoe and Cheese omelet (whole eggs, skim milk, tomatoes and light cheddar) calories 215

Snack: Golden Sunflower Seeds - 1 oz (148 calories)

Lunch: Caprese Salad Tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh bocconcini cheese with a basil and balsamic vinaigrette (300)

Mid afternoon snack: Veggies with Caesar dip (70 calories)

Dinner: Tub of cottage cheese (need more protein! 200 calories)

Desert: Chocolate-mint mousse (sugar free) 51 calories

So around 1000 calories for the day
BF: honey nut all bran, skim milk

Snack: reduced fat triscuit crackers, white peach

328cal so far

for lunch..soup!
In the last month, i have really gotten in to the habbit of keep a food diary, I write down EVERYTHING  i eat everyday.

tuna sandwich made with lite tuna canned in water, miricle whip, and lite wheat.

celery and raw mushrooms with .5 tablespoon of ranch dressing.

its only noon. so far, so good.

Breakfast: 1 egg on 1 slice rye toast
                   Monster lo carb energy drink (I know, I love them)

snack:      apple


Lunch:     Lightlife deli slices 4 veggie turkey
                                             4 veggie ham
                                             1/2 tbsp light miracle whip
                                             2 slices rye bread & mustard

I love the deli slices since I don't eat real turkey, pork, chicken, or beef. They have almost no fat and are loaded with protein. 4 slices are about 80 cals.
I'm coming down with a cold so I haven't been too hungry today.  Breakfast was half of a Quaker Express oatmeal.  Then I had a small apple about 30 minutes ago.  I'm going to try and get down a Lean Cuisine dish for lunch.
i woke up late..its 1pm here..

so i ate a quaker weight control oatmeal-160

not a good idea..its so hot right now and eating hot oatmeal...blah :/

i plan on some turkey and carrots for lunch, not sure what else, lets hope i do good today :D
