For breakfast, I had 2 scrambled eggs, peppermint tea, and butter grits.

For lunch, English muffin, laughing cow light swiss cheese, and turkey breast sandwich, a banana, and water.

That's all so far.  I'm at 640 cals right now.

breakfast:  blueberry yogurt (Dannon natural)

morning workout:  40 min treadmill, 30 min handweights/toning bands

after workout:  protein shake (Spirutein Nutty Berry Burst)

Lunch:  3 oz. pork loin with barbeque sauce on light wheat bread
       &nb sp;    Fuji apple (med)
       &nb sp;    1/2 plum
       &nb sp;     5 baby carrots

I already know dinner is going to be pasta salad with chicken, dill, broc., carrots, cucumbers, and Barrilla Plus pasta.  Not sure about afternoon snack - maybe 1/2 a banana with a tbsp PB.

breakfast:  toasted english muffin with peanut butter; cup of skim milk; banana

snack - 10 almonds

lunch - salad - red leaf lettuce, cucumbers, tomotoes, avocado, garbanzo beans and grilled chicken with fat free balsamic vinegrette

snack:   100 calorie cinnamon applesauce cup; 1 tangerine

Dinner will be - baked salmon with asparagus

Have drank 60 oz of water so far. 
After my 20 min aerobic workout, I had a spinach omelette (1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 cup spinach) for breakfast. Then, I had a Nature Valley Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bar (this was a rare treat) as a snack. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich and munched on cucumber and baby carrots.

I'm hanging out with friends after work, so my dinner will probably be verrry unhealthy. But I'm only up to 550 cals so far, so I think I can manage.

Since it's only morning in my country so far, I  have just had a glass of  pear & apple juice (freshly squeezed)...150 kcal

 Thats about it for breakfast, I'm trying to minimize my calories for this week due to an important day on september 1st

The menu for today is

Low cal Jelly - 10 cals

Slim a soup - 56 cals

Apple - 80 cals

this leaves 330 cals for my dinner. No idea what thats going to be yet.

 By the way! Have any of you had Nature's Own Lite Wheat Bread? It is 40 calories a slice, and by far the best lite bread I've had. It is slightly smaller than regular bread, but not the super small stuff. It's fluffy and seriously I can't tell that its any diff than regular Nature's Own bread. 40 cals a slice!!!

 

lifeizsweet, I seriously hope you're joking, and not actually planning on eating only 475 calories today.

My breakfast was:

Two eggs, scrambled with a tablespoon of low-fat cream cheese - 170 cals (140 for the eggs and 30 for the cream cheese)
1 slice brown toast - 65 cals (was 85, but I didn't eat it all)
half a pear - 50 cals
tea with a teaspoon of sugar - 16

So about 300 cals.

Leaves me with a fair amount to eat today, since my goal is 1500. I'll probably bring a sizable snack to school in lieu of lunch, and eat a foot-long Subway sub (and two of those 60-cal hershey's sticks!) when gaming with my friends tonight.

B: CAscadian farms organic vanilla nut crunch w 1% milk

S: Banana

S: Apple

L: Tobasco chicken tenders(4) in a whole wheat wrap with a wedge of laughing cow and a 2 tsp light ranch(BTW awesome lunch)

 

1.5L water.

 

Total 930 cal and I need 500 more before I go to the gym and dinner should be 500-800.

I am following the Judddd, So although i only eat a minial amount of calories today, I will eat 1800 tomorrow. I'm still in the trial stages of the diet (i'm rather skeptical about it myself) and am giving it a go for a month to see what effect it has. Some people swear by it. I've lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks on it. So i'll see what the result is after a month. I have found it relatively easy to follow, Although i did fall off the waggon a tad on the bank holiday weekend.
a cup of allbran cereal (i actually like it plain) with a half cup of milk:225 cals.

A bagel with 2 tbs lite cream cheese: 330 cals.

Lunch is: veggie sandwich on low cal ww bread 90 cal, mixed fruit, and a hard boiled egg:160 cals

supper: baked fish, salad and ww pasta noodles with tomatoe sauce:470 cals

snack: english muffin with 2tbs of peanut butter: 340 cals

1525 cals for the day.

i found the most AMAZING muffins. theyre called smart portions muffins and you get TWO for a serving:

140cals

1g fat

3g fiber

and they are made with whole wheat flour instead of that enriched bleached stuff

i also had a 40 cal pack of apples and i ate 2 hours ago and im still full..:)

i plan n some turkey later and probably a salad. good luck everyone

So that's a total of 875 and it's only 1 pm... I only have 600 calories to last me the rest of the day, which I probably will go over.

Every night my standard Dinner is a Huge Salad.  I cut up all kinds of things to put in my salad.  While I'm at it I made two more and then the next 2 nights they are ready when i am.  Last night I had hard boiled eggs with the salad.  Tonight will be wild salmon.

I either have 1/2 bag of pop-corn or a healthier choice by far is having a bowl of instant oatmeal from health food store.  Maple nut which does not have bad sugar in it.  it has cane juice which does not create a spike.  To this I add delicious agave nectar a sweeterner that is absolutely perfect.  Calories: 260

Eziekiel Bread which is a recipe from the bible is so good and healthy.  I use a French Jelly that is sugarless and is so fresh tasting you'd think someone just made it....any flavor is great.
I use a little real butter.  80 calories a slice.  Plus the calories
from the jam & butter.  Totals about : 325

Adds up to about 1700 calories a day.  Which is My BMR
My enemy is snacks after dinner. I had 1 oz of wasabi almonds and some light potato chips.. suddenly im at 1700 calories which is ok, but its not all very good calories.

For breakfast I had plain nonfat yogurt with chopped up bananas on top and kashi goleane crunch on top of that. I also had coffee with skim milk.

For lunch I had some caramel rice cakes with honey roasted peanut butter and a banana.

And......

For dinner I had a boca burger on two slices of whole wheat bread with chipotle cheddar cheese, pickles, spicy brown mustard, sauteed vidalia onions, baby spinach and sliced tomato. I also had baked butternut squash fries with ketchup.
