i always wonder what other people have eaten for some reason.
ive been pretty good today

It's Saturday, so meals vary from weekday menu a little. Started the day with a frosted Cherry Pop Tart and green tea. Followed that unhealthy choice with a healthy salad for lunch with chicken chunks. Yumm! For dinner, I made a beef roast with red potatoes and peas with baby carrots. Very good but also had an Asiago cheese roll....soo delicious with the au jus from the roast! But I only have 75 calories left so will probably have a frozen fudge bar for 50 calories. It's been a good day!
I decided to cheat my a** off today. =)

Multigrain apple cinnamon pancakes

Outback Bloomin Onion - I'd heard so much about this thing I had to try it. It's not that great to be honest.

Cyclone Pasta - I couldn't eat the cheese, simply too much. I had a few bites then took it off the pasta & ate the paste, chicken & mushrooms.

dinner: mussels and linguine with marinera sauce.
shots of vodka and sips of cranberry juice.
basically a bad day....

iit's only 12 and i ate all my calories aready urrrrggg!!

snack: South Beach Diet "nut medley" cereal bar (150cal) & diet green tea (0cal)
dinner will be Speedys (chicken, squash, mushroom, green pepper) & fruit salad & corn on the cob (not sure on the cals)
snack: oatmeal (w/ cinnamon, brown sugar and 1 Tbs apple butter)

^ kelly856. i would appreciate it if you restrained from posting such restrictive daily intakes. it's really triggering, and i can say this because i'm recovering from an ed. I don't mean to sound disrespectful, but i think a lot of others can agree.

l- homemade pumpkin porridge w/pieces of rice cake and beans
then had some red seedless grapes
d- light salad with grilled chicken + perilla leaves + crushed walnuts + tomatoes and green/red bell peppers
snack- 2 chips ahoy 100 calorie packs (so that makes it 200 haha. i realized that i shouldn't buy any more of these 100 calorie packs. i can't stop at one :P)

my intake: cereal with fat free milk,3 cups coffee, cottage cheese with pineapple, tofusalad sandwich with carrots, tomatoes,tofu,onions,and mayo. 2 pizza crusts (how many calories are in those i wonder.still have two snacks and dinner to go.

I am recovering from an ED and I have been very proud of myself over the last few days.

S: nectarine, tea, and a multigrain rice cake
D: Salad with mixed greens, spinach, 'shrooms, cucumber, and brocolli with some light italian dressing. And a turkey sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread with all the healthy fixins'.
S: Helathy pop popcorn with my movie, and some slightly frozen yogurt
I probably still have some room to move, so maybe some more snacks during the board game night I'm going to!
