my dad taught me that there are many important vitamins and fibers and oils in there :)))

I just had a cup of Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup of unsweetend Almond Breeze ... yum!

um peanut butter and jelly lol. i just had a .33 cup of ff cottage cheese with yogurt and some almonds mixed in. also a cup of green tea

I love apples too.  Lately, I've been really into oatmeal.  I think it is the yummiest thing ever. 
I just had a small ring of cold shrimp with cocktail sauce. Mmmm. So much protien for so little calories. :)

A red Delicious Apple......yummm

lots of fruit lately, as I've been on meds that "slow" things down...

so what I really enjoyed was a bowl of sliced fruit: apple, pear, banana, and a handful of dried cranberries

I've also learned to make a really THIN crust pizza. The crust is fabulous, and is half the calories of a thicker crust. (Ok, the pizza isn't quite healthy yet, due to all the cheese, but at least it is healthier! I'm going to try putting half the cheese next time.) 

 

 

I just had half a grapefruit, which was very yummy!
I just got back from volunteering at a children's museum and helped make fresh apple cider! no sugar, high fructose corn syrup or anything. Just apples and it was so good! The parents didn't beleive their kids would drink it without sugar but all the kids lovedd it, and then the parents didn't beleive wedidn't add anything but we made it right in front of them! Fresh apple cider is the best ever!
i agree with mollymouser. i love Kashi GOLEAN Crunch and Almond Breeze almond milk. also, ground up nuts and Stonyfield ORGANIC vanilla yogurt

I had some soy crisps....sort of healthy...haha.

I also had some yummy Kashmir Spinach from Tastybites for dinner, their stuff is all pretty dang healthy for packaged food (which I unfortunately deal w/ a lot being in college w/ only a fridge and microwave)

 

I love pears, sometimes I have one each day, and beets over my salad yum.
I just had some lowfat cherry yogurt and a pluot for breakfast. So good.

If you want some extra protein and can spare a few calories, add a little peanut butter to your apple. You would be surprised how good it taste. YUM.
