Answer
You should not attempt to lose weight through traditional dieting if you have an eating disorder. Concentrate on healthy eating and deemphasize losing weight. Your goal should be to eat the servings you need from the food groups at your calorie level. Use the Calorie Target calculator to find your requirements and then use My Pyramid to translate calories into food group servings. To eliminate the guilt that comes with eating, use yoga and meditation to relax. Find a mental health therapist or dietitian specializing in eating disorders to help you stay on track.
