Eating enough

Quote  |  Reply

I have discovered that when I add up my calories I have not eaten  enough. My goal is 2150 kcal per day and I'm averageing 1850. My mind tells me that I have eaten enough but the counters says otherwise.

A couple years ago when I was going to WW I lost weight but had trouble eating enough points.  I was also hungry and had to find extra things to eat.  Its a good thing that I keep enough apples around.

Is it just me or are there others that have experienced this too?

I'm afraid I never have a problem eating enough.  I am always happy to eat more Smile.

I don't think it will hurt you to eat only 1850 instead of 2150.  If you are happy with that amount, then I think you should stop eating.  Then you can have one day a week where you can give yourself a treat by eating something we would normally avoid, such as something with cheese or a sweet.  You might lose slightly faster this way than by having the same amount every day.
