Are you eating enough?

Last night, I was speaking to a trainer at my gym because after 3 months of working out diligently and watching calories, I have continued to gain weight. Turns out I was not eating enough!

I have been working out 4-5 days per week and taking in 1400-1500 calories per day. My body was storing fat because it thought I was starving. Everything (good or bad) that was going into my mouth was being stored in my body.

I gained 3 lbs of fat since May bringing my body fat percentage up to 25%. If you are struggling with weight loss even though you are doing all the "right" things. Do some research...you may not be getting enough calories.
