how long can i do it for? im 6 feet and 180 lbs. ive done it for two days and now im down to 188.

start off slow. have you used any of the tools that CC provides. You can enter your weight, height, if your active or not, and it will tell you how many calories YOU should be eating to lose weight.
im not a troll. i dont know what gave u guys that opinion. I wsa jsut wanted some advice and i now ill increase my calorie level. thanks a lot jack buts.
A lot depends on your age and if you are still growing.

Why does everyone assume this is a troll? Because they aren't battling an eating disorder, or eating too much, and come here to whine, because they can't lose any weight, and have no idea why? I don't get all the hate...I'd much rather help this person than the one that comes on crying about weight 135lbs, and staring at a cookie, and balling about it, on here.

Lilium, it sounds like you have an eating disorder. This is not sound advise. If you have no appetite, well, that's a medical problem. Living like that is going to lead to osteoporosis and other health problems.
I agree completely with Kathleen about Lilium.
Not good advise, and not good for long term health. Eat enough, exercise enough, and the weight WILL come off. If it's not, get your thyroid checked.

Not promoting an ED... I just saying that my stomach can't take more food, I've tried eating 1.200-1.500 calories, and I got sick, went to the doctor, they said I was healthy just underweight and anemic. My mom tells me to eat more but there's certain point where I can't even move...
I guess I have a very small stomach. (:

If you cannot eat a larger volume of food, try switching to calorie dense foods. Eat nuts, avocados, eggs with the yolk, cheese, etc. All of these foods will help you to get the calories that your body needs in addition to nutrients.
