My eating habits and a calorie question?
First off, I should mention, I have a VERY sensitive stomach. A lot of food makes me really sick to eat. So I decided, just not to eat them anymore. No fast food, no sweets, no fried things, no dairy, no chips(Except for Sun Chips), no soda, no potatoes, no frying things in butter and there's a few specific things I've banned(Jose ole burritos, Chocolate Muffins or Cosmic Brownies for example). Seems to be working, I haven't felt sick, since I started doing this on Monday. Is this a good thing to continue? Got any good suggestions of things I probably haven't thought of to eat?
---
Yesterday, I went to our school's deli and got a turkey sandwich. Wheat bread, four slices of turkey, handful of black olives, few slices of tomato and a bit of honey mustard dressing. Any guess of how many calories?
Reason: Moved from Foods to Health and Support.

you should probably go to your doctor, maybe you have food allergies, and they may be able to help you figure out what you should and should not eat.

put those items intothe food log! that's what it's there for!
my answers are in bold. hope they help!
Thanks.
Doing an elimination diet without a doctor's guidance is a very bad idea. Unless you know EXACTLY how to make up on ALL the nutrition you lose out on - calcium in dairy, for example - you should not be "banning" things from your diet. Particularly not whole food groups, like dairy. :\ If these foods truly cause you stomach upsets then you should go to your doctor and tell them about this.
Furthermore, "banning" food is an equally bad idea. A diet should not be that, a "diet", but a lifestyle change. And part of a lifestyle is once in a while enjoying fast food, enjoying fried food, enjoying soda and chips. Balance, and moderation, are what matter. Make your overall diet 80% healthy and 20% fun and you're a lot less likely to fall off of the wagon.
You mention school. Now, I can't estimate your sandwich for you because honestly? I have no idea how big that bread was, how large your slices were, how much mustard dressing you used. What I can tell you is this: CC's tools aren't accurate for under 21's. And as you say "school" I presume you are either (a) a teacher or (b) under 21. Are you new to weight loss, or CC in general? I suggest you have a look here either way: An Unofficial Calorie Count Guide to a Fad-Free 2009 to help you with what you're doing now.
Furthermore, as CC's tools are inaccurate for under 21's, you should work out your BMR here: http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html as you are still growing. Yes, even in the later years - there's more going on inside of you that you simply can't see. Never take a defecit of more than 1000 calories from your burn and never drop below 1500 calories if you are a female under 21.
Going back to my big point, though - go and talk to your doctor before you start eliminating food. This is from someone who has done this, without guidance, and have ultimately done myself a LOT more harm than good.
Good for you for cutting all those things out of your life, all those foods & ingredients are not good for the human body so you are doing yourself a world of good! Continue on this lifestyle because you will feel even better! :)
- Things to keep in your life though would be fish like salmon, cod, tuna, sea bass, etc, vegetables like peppers, tomatoes, spinach, squash, asparagus, etc, eggs, chicken & turkey breast, free-ranged meats, healthy fats like olives, olive oil, nuts, seeds, etc.
- Your sandwich sounded alright - the honey mustard is unneeded sugar & that wheat bread probably was not very nutritional... but out of anything you could get at school, that's not terrible - try to find bread that has 3 grams of fiber per serving & no high-fructose corn syrup & partically hydrogenated oils!
You really should go to see your doctor rather than self-diagnosing. 'A sensitive stomach' (vomiting? diarrhoea? constipation? pains?) could be symptomatic of all kinds of medical problems. A virus may be the cause, for example. I knew someone that had a mysteriously 'sensitive stomach' that turned out to be a grumbling appendix. The list of foods you are excluding is a fairly random one and you may have stopped throwing up, but it could be that's just a coincidence.
Do go to see your doctor.
I actually had stomach issues similiar to this. Doctors never could figure out the cause, but as soon as I started walking everyday and managed my stress, that helped A LOT. They seem a lot like the kind of things that used to make me sick, so the list doesn't seem random at all to me.
You should see a doctor about it, but if that's not the cause, do you have a lot of stress? Managing it by things that include exercise and a healthier diet should probably help.

I guess you didn't read lala's post. She gives very good advice, based on information from our About.com nutritional expert, Mary Hartley, and also from other well researched, qualified sources.
It is NOT good to over restrict calorie intake for a teen - that's very bad advice. Lala backed up every statement she made and you would do well to follow her advice.
In case you didn't get the message - Elimination diets, for the purpose of diagnosing health problems should only be done under the supervision of a doctor.
