i'm trying to eat mor healthy and I need help! can anyone tell me what kind of meals the fix for the day.
You should aim for a balanced diet, if you want to eat healthily. This includes not only a balance of complex carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, dairy or dairy alternatives (eg soy milk), fruit and vegetables and fibre, but also treats and sweets on occassion. There are no bad foods, only bad diets. Everything in moderation.
So, have what you want at your meals but look for balance on your plate and make up for what you lack in your snacks. A good rule of thumb is half your plate to be filled with vegetables and/or fruit, a quarter with complex carbohydrate and a quarter with protein (the latter sentence taken from Nestle: Keeping an Eye on Portion Sizes).
If you are a female over 21, you should eat no less than 1200 calories a day. A female under 21, or an adult male, no less than 1500. A male under 21, no less than 1800. You should also never have a defecit from your total burn for the day greater than 1000. To work out the calories you need if you haven't already, you can use CC's tools if you're over 21: http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/calories-bur ned.php or this calculator for under 21's as CC's tools are not designed for under 21's: http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html

Very simple place to start ... aim to get at least 5 servings of vegetables and a couple of servings of fruit each day. If you build your meals around those you'll instantly improve the health of your diet.
For example I eat pretty much all day long, but my meals are small. For snacks I eat fruits like apples, persimmons, or I make a salad with a bit of soy sauce and dijorn mustard for seasoning.
