Okay. So I've been eating for every 2 hours for a about 2 months, and so far so good, until -- CONFUSION.
Exactly when are you suppose to start counting your two hours. Lets say I start eating at 2 pm, do I then eat at 4? Or lets say I finished eating at 3 -- do I eat again at 5? This is really confusing. When do the 2 hours count?
For the people out there who do eat every 2 hours, have you noticed any fat loss?
It's just a guideline, RELAX.
The general principle is to eat often, but small portions. The idea is that a person doesn't get too hungry and over eat, like when might with only 3 big meals a day. It works for some people, for other it might not. As with most thing it got elivated to this mythical weight loosing miracle secret. ![]()

Yes I dropped weight like a fly, but then I was only eating about 200 every 2 hours. It also helpes me from binging or breaking my diet bc I know I'll be eating again soon (binge or not I stick to my diet, so I try to use it as a deterant). Anyhow it works for me, but everyone is different. I just ate every two hours from the moment I woke up; not including the time I'm eating.
