yea that go lean cereal by kashi is amazing, 13g lean protein in 1 cup not to mention if you add some skim milk thats more protein, keep it up guys, stay away from the junk fast food (bc thats what is). Now that I have been eating healthy I dont know why I "liked" fast food so much? 90% of it has no taste and sucks?
Let's see...I had
Special K with slim milk
100 calorie popcorn
an orange
and carnation instant breakfast....because I wasn't really hungry but knew I should eat something good for me. Its hard to eat a healty and varied diet. Most days I ahve the same things including oatmeal, other fruits and wheat thins. I do have a weakness for ice cream, but I've found that Turkey Hill's Sugar Free mint is great! Good for you but doesn't taste like it. I thought I'd have a big problem with french fries but it's not that bad. And keeping a regualr exercise routine daily helps curve my appetite and cravings. I feel great=)
Breakfast- 1C Raisin Bran, 1/2 C 1% milk, 1 tsp flaxseed (270)
Snack- apple with PB (120)

Snack- apple (65)
Supper- 2 C mixed veggies (70), boneless skinless chicken breast strips (75), 2Tbsp Sesame Ginger sauce (70)
I am soooo eating like a champ today!
Breakfast=Quaker Weight Control oatmeal & 2 hard boiled egg whites
Snack=A cup of fresh cherries(YAY for cherry season starting again!!!)
Lunch=Smart Ones Fettucine Alfredo(not the best choice but better than some) w/ some canned solid white tuna on the side for protein
Snacks=6 celery sticks w/ a wedge of light laughing cow cheese and a little later I have sliced cucumber, plum tomato and baby carrots that are soaking in a TBSP of red wine vinegar
Dinner=Garlic herb chicken breast w/ brown rice and 2 cups of steamed veggies
Dessert=Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Raspberry Pudding w/ a dollop of FF Cool Whip
About 1,400 cals and I feel like I've been eating all day!!! :)
some excellent responses, all made me freggn hungry lol Its funny how we are all similar yet different in the things we eat, I just got some ideas from this thread to start trying thanks
Day three, and I did very well! - and I can happily say that Im all nice and full, and it doesnt look like there will be any snacking before bed time :)
Breakfast: Porridge + honey + skimmed milk
Lunch: Tortilla wrap + coleslaw + quarn slices + lettuce & Side Salad (no dressing)
Dinner: Mexican bean burger + wholemeal roll + chutney + lettuce/tomato/red onion slice & Side Salad (no dressing)
Snacks: Slice of water melon & small fruit salad (apple/orange/watermelon)
+ plenty of water, and a few cups of tea without milk.
*go me!* :D
Breakfast - we were out of milk today so this morning I had yoghurt with applesauce and fiber one.
Lunch - I was craving icecream and planned to indulge later on, so I had a very low-calorie lunch to make room. One whole egg and three egg-whites scrambled up with cup of frozen mixed vegetables.
Treat - one cup of delicious icecream (1/3 cup Ben & Jerrys (200 calories, eeps!) mixed with 1/2 cup Breyers fat-free caramel swirl (a much more reasonable 100 calories). Mmmmmm it was good!
Dinner - homemade hamburger with one slice of bacon and some low-fat cheddar cheese. Calorific (about 450 calories) but yummy and I'm sure it was much healthier than fast food. No fries for one thing! I'm still a little hungry but I've had 1450 calories so I'm at my quota for the day.
