eating after midnite?

Hello, I havent eaten all day yesterday, since about noon, not on purpose so please no critisizm about starvation, i was just extra busy and got into alot of things and didnt notice that i havent eaten. But any how, my question is, if I eat at around 2 am, should I log my calories for that day? or for the day I missed the meals? what do you think? I plan on logging them somewhere, but where?

If it's before you go to bed, log it as the previous day's food.  If you count it as 'today' then you'll probably end up horribly hungry by supper-time.

For the future try to work your days around your meals rather than the other way around...

thanks gi jane, and yea I normally go out of my way to work my meals around my day thats the funny thing, lol. Its  lesson learned though.

it all depends.. for me... if im over my cals for the day ill add it to my 2morrows.. if im not then i add it to my today cals..
