Eating past 12 at night?

Quote  |  Reply

Tonight I am not going to be getting back till around 11 cause I am going to be busy all day. So thats when my dinner is going to be. But if its past 12 should I count it as todays calories or tommorows? Its really frustrating D;

I work weird hours (3-7 am, 11-5 am some nights) in addition to my morning classes. Whenever I eat something after midnight I always just log it as the next day.

Ugh, Thats going to leave my calories really low today and ultra high tommorow. This is gonna suck!

i would say the opposite, as a day starts when you get up and ends when you go to bed.  just start counting afresh when you wake up the next morning.

Doesn't really matter. If it makes you feel better log it as today's. In the end it just a general trend. If it's calories in < calories out you loose calories in = calories out you maintain, etc. What works for some people is looking at it as a total for a week. That way issues like that do not matter.

Yeah thanks guys, I much perfer to still do it by day instead of by the week. I will just have a light dinner and go to bed and log it as todays calories. Cause umneydurak is right. Its calories in and calories out.
