Yes I need it. Hubby just cooked pop corn and it's making me sooooooooooo hungry. Plus I'v only had 2 meals today.

Right now- it's 7:20pm- still at work but planning when I get home around 8:30 to have 16 oz v/8 vegetable juice and maybe some turkey slices with 1 string cheese- I've only had 700 calories so far today and I did walk for over an hour with the doogies... then probably a cup of warm water heated in the microwave- sounds weird- but it helped me last night to feel full and it kept my hands warm! Either that or a cup of green tea...
10:20pm. I'm eating a bottle of red wine with my roomie. :)

1 oz dry roasted lightly salted peanuts (180 cals) for the heart health benefits and to help chill the hunger! I usually schedule a mid-evening snack and a bedtime snack to keep from bingeing in the evenings.

here in the uk its 11.35 nearly lunch for my brekkie i had 2 weetabix 150ml of semiskimmed milk 1tsp of canderell and a cup of tea all came too around 350 cal and yes i needed it stomach was growling like mad
12:42 and just finished a sandwhich with 2 slices stoneground wholewheat bread, Laughing Cow light cheese, lettuce, honey roast ham. Also had some cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions and pickled beet. All in for around 330 and I'm stuffed. Yes I needed it, I was starving and had to put some fuel in the tank for the gym which is at 1:30

At 5:30 AM I shared oatmeal with soy milk with my dog Jacky after our 1st walk of the day...

I just had a bowl of All Bran cereal with skim milk-dunno, about 160 calories or thereabouts.
