I'm reading the forums and eating a can of Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup, and a leafy green salad.  :)  What about you?

baked sweet potato =)

man i was at the grocery store and they had every kind of progresso soup except for my favorites- hearty tomato or tomato basil... major dissapointment
1 whole egg + 1 egg white sandwich on whole wheat with a slice of Canadian bacon a sprinkle of shredded cheese, and salsa.  Grapes (not on the sandwich, LOL).  Late lunch.

Half a roast beef sandwich with Oscar Mayer lean shaved roast beef (60 cal), I slice lite whole wheat bread (45 cal) lots of leaf lettuce and sliced dill pickle.  UMMM.
tlc kashi honey sesame crackers with red pepper hummus and light french onion cheese wedge from laughing cow.....its my low fat version low cal version of those cream cheese taco dips
oatmeal with yogurt and flaxseeds

A Tangelo
Well, I never eat at the computer because I'm messy. But I JUST got done eating a bowl of fiber one cereal with soy milk and a cup of strawberries on the side. I love breakfast for lunch.
what's a tangelo?
Fujisan Sunny California Roll in a carrot wrap from Trader Joes. It's interesting, but I think I like the regular seaweed wrap better.
An avocado.
A tangelo is a blend between a tangerine and an orange.  Looks like an orange, has no seeds, is sweet, but still a little citrusy!

I gots myself a spoon.

And I gots myself a measured out amount of 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter.

And I gots some on the side of my mouth. MMMMMMMMMM yum.
